Thank you for sharing this burden so honestly. I am joining you in prayer for ### right now, asking the Lord to be near to ###, to give ### strength and peace and a quiet confidence in Him as ### waits for these next tests.

We do believe that Jesus has power to heal. The prophet Isaiah spoke of the Messiah bearing our sicknesses and carrying our pains, and Matthew, guided by the Holy Spirit, shows that Jesus fulfilled that not only in forgiving sin but in healing physical sickness when He touched so many who were brought to Him. When He gave His body for us, provision was made for the whole person. That is why we can bring physical needs to Him with real faith and hope.

At the same time Scripture helps us pray with wisdom. We are not promised that God will grant immediate physical healing in every case simply because we ask. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his own thorn in the flesh and the Lord chose not to remove it, but to give grace and strength through it. There are mysteries in healing that we do not fully understand, why some are lifted instantly and others are not. What we do know is that God hears, He loves, and His will is wise and good.

Healing itself can come in many ways. Sometimes it is immediate, sometimes it is gradual through the natural processes God Himself designed in the body. Any true healing is from Him, whether it happens in a moment or step by step as the body mends. We can thank Him for both and trust Him for the outcome, asking for His best while resting in His care whatever the test results show.

You also asked that ### be helped to examine ### heart before the Lord, and that is a good and biblical prayer. God searches hearts and knows what is hidden from us, and we can invite Him to do that searching work. Like David, we can pray, Lord, test me and see if there is any harmful way in me, and lead me in your way. The heart can deceive us, but God reveals truth with mercy. Sickness is not always tied to a particular sin, yet it is always right to come honestly before Him, confess what He shows us, and receive the forgiveness that is already secured through Jesus. If there is anything to repent of, He is faithful to forgive and to cleanse, and there is no need to carry guilt once it is brought to Him.

There is also a real connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body. The Scriptures say a joyful heart is like good medicine, and we are learning more and more how peace, hope, and trust affect the body for good. Above all we can pray that ### soul prospers in fellowship with Christ, knowing that inner peace and strength will sustain ### whatever ### faces physically.

So let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this dear one before You. You know ### body, every part that needs Your touch, and You know the results that worry ###. We ask for Your healing power to work in ###, whether in a moment or through the gradual healing You have built into our bodies. Give ### deep peace that passes understanding, steady faith, and hope that is anchored in Your love. Comfort ### as ### waits, and let the coming tests be met with Your presence. Search ### heart, show ### anything that needs to be confessed, and help ### to turn to You quickly and fully, receiving Your grace without fear. Sustain ### and those who love ###, and let Your will be done with mercy and goodness. We trust ### into Your hands, in Jesus name, amen.
