Your honest and painful cry has been heard, and I thank you for sharing it so openly. The constant ringing in your ears and the weight of anxiety that will not lift is exhausting, and it is understandable that you feel you cannot take it anymore and that even the medicines you have tried do not seem to help. God sees this suffering and hears you when you call out for help, even when the words come as a desperate helppppp.
You are pressed on every side right now, and perplexed, yet even in this place you are not forsaken and not without hope. Scripture reminds us that as long as it is still called Today, there is hope while we live. The enemy never gives up hope of wearing us down, and we must not give up hope in God's mercy and power to sustain us. To feel that you have sinned or failed or that you are too weary does not put you beyond His care. Despair itself does more harm than the struggle, because it tells us to stop seeking the remedy, while God keeps inviting us to come to Him again for healing and renewal.
Healing often does not come all at once, much like physicians who must apply many remedies before health returns. One treatment may not seem to help, and many prayers may feel unanswered, and yet each step, each prayer, each conversation with a doctor or counselor, is part of the work God can use. Just as a tree may stand after many strokes and then fall with one more, so a heart that has heard many words and tried many helps may suddenly find strength and fruit after the next faithful step, even when earlier steps felt fruitless. Do not think that because you have not yet found relief, relief will never come.
Please do not carry this alone. Because the anxiety is so heavy and you have had thoughts of not wanting to go on, I urge you to reach out right now to someone near you, a pastor, a trusted family member or friend, and to your doctor to tell them plainly that the ringing and anxiety are overwhelming and that the current medicines are not helping. A doctor or counselor can review your care and explore other options, and a pastor can pray with you and walk with you regularly. If you ever feel you might act on thoughts of not wanting to live, please reach out immediately for help in your area, for example by calling or texting a crisis helpline, going to your nearest emergency department, or calling a trusted person to stay with you.
