Humble Servant of All
Lord I need you help me to feel better feeling anxiety and just need you every day moment thank you Lord help us and see that we have a good day love you Lord

We hear your cry for healing and peace in the midst of anxiety, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord. Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but we know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). He invites you to cast all your worries on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

First, we must address that your prayer does not explicitly mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation (Romans 10:9-10). It is through Him that we find true peace and healing.

Now, let us come together in prayer for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is struggling with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the weight they carry each day. We ask that You would draw near to them, reminding them of Your constant presence and unfailing love. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear in the name of Jesus. We declare that this dear one is not given over to fear but is a child of God, filled with Your power and love. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Teach them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we ask that You would bring healing to their mind, body, and spirit. Surround them with Your love and remind them that they are never alone. Provide them with godly counsel and support, whether through Your Word, prayer, or fellow believers. Help them to seek You in every moment, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we also pray for their daily needs. Give them strength for each day and help them to see Your goodness even in the midst of their struggles. Let them experience Your joy and peace as they walk closely with You. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, for they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, as it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Meditate on scriptures that speak of God’s peace, love, and faithfulness. Consider memorizing verses like Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness," to remind yourself of God’s promises when anxiety arises.

Additionally, we encourage you to seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Do not isolate yourself, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), and we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).

Lastly, if your anxiety feels unmanageable, do not hesitate to seek professional help from a Christian counselor or medical professional. God can use many means to bring healing, and there is no shame in asking for help. The Lord is your healer (Exodus 15:26), and He delights in restoring your soul (Psalm 23:3). Keep pressing into Him, for He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We hear the weariness in your words, and we're grateful you reached out. Sometimes the day ahead feels heavy before it even begins, and simply breathing through the next hour takes everything you've got. When you say you need the Lord every moment, you're speaking the truest thing a heart can say, that we're never meant to carry this weight alone.

Anxiety has a way of making us feel isolated, but the reality is you're in good company. The body and mind really do influence each other, and what you're feeling isn't a failure of faith, it's part of being human in a broken world. If this tightness and worry have been hanging on for a while, or if it ever starts interfering with sleep or daily life, please consider talking with a doctor or a wise Christian counselor. Getting that kind of help is simply good stewardship of the life God has given you, and it often works best alongside prayer.

For today, though, maybe we can keep it simple. When the anxious thoughts start swirling, try a small, anchored prayer, just enough to break the spiral. Something like, "Jesus, help me in the next sixty seconds." And then do the same for the sixty seconds after that. You don't have to handle the whole day at once.

Lord, you see this dear person right now, the tight chest, the racing thoughts, the deep longing just to feel okay. Meet them in the middle of this moment. Quiet what needs quieting, and steady what feels shaky. You promise your presence, not a trouble-free life, and we're asking for that presence to be tangible today. In Jesus' name, amen.

The very anxiety you feel, that troubled throbbing of heart, is itself a proof that you are unfitted to meet the difficulty by your own strength. Cast it upon Him. It is the mind which is the main thing, and a mind stayed upon Jehovah, stayed upon His faithful promises, stayed upon His unchanging love, shall be kept in perfect peace, peace, peace, even when sorrows surge around. On Jesus’ bosom nothing but calm is found. Let the blood of Jesus whisper peace within your inmost soul, for peace comes not from the absence of trial but from the presence of the pardoning God. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and that healing first touches the great disease of sin. When He forgives, He heals. Seek that first, and often, and with a child’s clinging cry: “Lord, I need You. Help me to feel better.” That cry itself is the touch of faith. He that comes to Christ He will in no wise cast out.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life, the least things about Him, are full of healing virtue for the nations. A single word of His, remembered in the night watch, can change the lifeblood, affect the spirits, and make the nature other than it was before. Go to His teaching, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. When He taught, healing power was conspicuously present. Sit at His feet by meditating on some precious promise, and while your mind is yet a battlefield, He will breathe into your soul a peace with God which passes all understanding.

But you must also learn the sacred art of dying daily. Hold this world with a loose hand. The anxiety that arises because you are over-grasping earthly comforts, earthly outcomes, earthly ease, that is birdlime to the soul. Yield up the day to Him as soon as you open your eyes. Say, “Lord, help us and see that we have a good day,” and then be willing that He define what good shall be. Whether He sends ease or a cross, trust Him. Make a daily solemn testing of your hope, but do not let that testing become a fresh anxiety. Simply rest where the righteousness of Christ has placed you, accepted in the Beloved. If in the land of peace you are wearied, how will you do in the swelling of Jordan? Pluck up courage; He who died for you will not fail you now.

The Lord grant you an inward peace that steals over your soul even while the outward trembling remains. The palsied man, still bound to his hammock, wore a transfigured face once he heard the word, “Your sins are forgiven you.” Pardon and healing are one. Ask to be forgiven where you have let your thoughts run off into fretful care, and healing shall come from the pardoning hand. He does not merely point out the disease; He applies the remedy. His own body bore your sicknesses, His own soul your anxieties, and with His stripes you are healed. Go your way in this peace, and may the God of peace bless you with His own endless calm, morning by morning, moment by moment.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry for healing rises from a soul at war with itself, and this is the very battle that most needs our vigilance. For what is anxiety but the body and its passions clashing against the spirit, stirring up a tumult within? You feel it every moment, a desperate need for the Lord’s help, and rightly so. No outward calm can quell this storm; as I have often said, when curious reasonings disturb our faith, what peace is there? Or when spirits of uncleanness assail, what peace? This inward war is the worst of all, for it wounds the soul and leads to that death which is eternal unless we still it.

Yet take heart: the God of all comfort does not leave you alone in the fray. He is the Father of mercies, who comforts us in every affliction precisely so that we may comfort others with the same comfort we have received. Your anxiety is not meaningless; it is the very field where crowns are won. Do not look for a peace that means the absence of trial, for the Lord Himself said, “I came not to send peace, but a sword”, that sword which cuts away sin and self-reliance, teaching you to cling to Him alone. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient, and He will bruise Satan under your feet shortly. This is not only a promise but a prayer and a prophecy: the God of peace will put an end to that which makes havoc of your soul.

Therefore, in these daily wars, do not cast all the burden on others. Exhort yourself, as I exhort you: collect your thoughts, arm yourself with prayer, and recall that the season of struggle is the season of fresh crowns. If you have Christ, you have everything; virtue and the fear of God give confidence that possessions cannot. Say to your anxious heart, “I am for peace,” and when the dark passions rise, answer them with the comfort God has already given you. Look to Him every moment, not for a good day merely, but for the good salvation He wills for all. Soon we shall be ever with the Lord, where no anxiety can follow. Hold fast to that hope, and let no root of bitterness spring up to defile you. Comfort one another with these words.

The cry of your heart reaches the throne of grace, and not one word is lost on Him. When anxiety tightens its grip and your own strength feels spent, you are standing in the very spot where His strength is made perfect. There is a kind of healing that is as divine as an instant miracle, and it happens in the slow, daily turning of the soul toward God. Every moment you reach for Him, a healing work is underway in your mind and emotions, even when your body still trembles. He knows the process. He created the comfort that comes from His presence, and it is no less His touch because it comes as a gradual peace stealing over a troubled heart.

Do not despise the place of weakness, for it is there that the Shepherd’s rod and staff truly comfort. The rod that guides and corrects, the staff that pulls you back from the ledge, these are the instruments of His attentive care. When fear starts to grip, follow the pattern of refocusing on God in the night watches. Make His Word your portion right now. Whisper it back to Him: “The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” The shadow of the Almighty is not a dark omen but a covering. To be overshadowed by Him is to know that your life is hidden in His unshakable care, and no enemy can pluck you from that shade.

Our Lord taught us to pray for daily bread because He knows we live day by day, often moment by moment. You are not alone in needing His help. The deepest comforts we receive are those He gives us in our afflictions so that we learn, firsthand, that He is the God of all comfort. When you feel pressed beyond your ability to cope, remember that He stands by you in the darkest hour. He does not always remove the thorn, but He always supplies the grace to endure it. Let the tears fall if they must; they water the seeds of your dependence on Him. Give yourself no rest from prayer, but in that very act of pleading, let your heart be steadied by this truth: He will give strength to His people. He will bless you with His peace. The strength you need for this very day is already being held out to you by the mighty God who holds your hands and keeps you from falling.
