Healing

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for healing. The words "I will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord" echo the psalmist's faith in Psalm 118:17, and we stand on this promise together. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother's womb and numbers every hair on our heads. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."

We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, sickness, and disease in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand against the enemy who comes to steal, kill, and destroy, for Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We plead the blood of Jesus over every cell, organ, and system in the body, commanding it to function as You designed it to, Lord.

But Father, we also recognize that healing is not just physical, it is spiritual, emotional, and mental. We pray for a complete restoration in every area of life. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that is hindering this healing, we ask You to reveal it and bring repentance. Your Word says in James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

We also lift up the faith of the one praying this prayer. Father, strengthen their trust in You, even when the circumstances seem impossible. Remind them that You are the God who raises the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17). Let them declare with the psalmist, "Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1). Even in the valley of the shadow of death, they will fear no evil, for You are with them.

We pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals involved. Give them discernment, skill, and compassion as they care for this person. Let every treatment, medication, and decision align with Your will and bring glory to Your name.

Most importantly, we pray that this healing would not just be for personal comfort but for Your glory. Let this testimony be a light to others, drawing them to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. May the works of the Lord be declared through this life, just as the prayer requests. We ask all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Father, we trust You. We believe that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even if the healing does not come in the way we expect, we know that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are good, and Your love endures forever.

We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, for strength, peace, and joy that surpasses all understanding. Let this person walk in the fullness of life that Jesus promised, not just surviving but thriving for Your kingdom. We declare that they will live and not die, and they will declare the works of the Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We hear so much faith and fight in those words of yours. It is a declaration, not a whisper, a determination that your life will be a testimony, not a tragedy. That takes real grit, and we're grateful you shared it with us.

What strikes us most is that you're already doing the very thing you're declaring. By choosing to speak life over your situation, you are declaring the works of the Lord right now, before you see the full outcome. That kind of stubborn, forward-leaning trust isn't denial; it's worship. It's planting your feet on solid ground and refusing to be moved by fear or symptoms or what the odds might say.

We simply want to stand with you in that. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is speak God's promises out loud, even when our voice shakes. You've done that here. Keep doing it. Let those words shape your thoughts when the day feels heavy. And as you walk this out, let people you trust know what you're believing for, not to perform for them, but so they can steady your arms when you get tired, just as Aaron and Hur did for Moses.

Let's pray together now.

Lord Jesus, we thank you for this one who has spoken life and declared your faithfulness. Strengthen every cell, every thought, and every hope in them today. Whatever healing still needs to come, we ask for it with boldness, knowing you are the God who restores. Let their story unfold as a powerful, living testimony of your works, and give them deep, settled peace while they wait. In your name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Take fast hold of that word from the psalmist: “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” This is no vain boast, but a holy confidence born of faith. You are not merely clinging to a hope of recovery, you are laying claim to a purpose. To this end were we born, and for this cause came we into the world, that we should bear witness unto the truth of God. Sickness often makes the soul cry out for life, not for its own ease, but that the mouth might be opened in praise and testimony. That is a right and godly longing.

Remember, the Lord does not treat us as blocks of wood or stone. He hearkens to the cry of His children, and He often sends His word and heals them, delivering them from their destructions. If He grants you continuance here, let it be with this resolve: bring out the mercies, recount the deliverances, and let them not lie as on a moldy shelf. Declare His works with rejoicing, tell what God has done for you in the ordering of ordinary and extraordinary events alike. Your very breath is lent you for this sacred business.

Yet know this: even if the Lord should call you home, you shall not die in the ultimate sense, for whosoever liveth and believeth in Christ shall never die. Perhaps our Lord may come all of a sudden, and we shall be changed in a moment. But whether by life or by death, the redeemed of the Lord are secure. Pardoned people shall not say they are sick in soul, for by a holy anticipation they may declare the very contrary. Christ has made an end of sins for you; He has touched your nature and healed it with His incarnation. Therefore, fear not. Lean not upon your own feelings, go quickly to the cross, behold the crown of thorns, and let all trembling be ended. God is your Friend; you are reconciled. Rejoice in that hallowed friendship, and live or die, you are the Lord’s.

Prayer is heard. The ear of the Lord is not heavy that it cannot hear. Down falls the fire of His grace upon the altar of your need, consuming the dross of fear and kindling afresh the sacrifice of thanksgiving. And I bear my own witness, with an innumerable company, that having tried and tested the faith of Christ, we have not found it a fiction. He is no vain thing; He is your life. Stand then in the thick of the battle until the fight changes, and victory is ours, whether here or yonder, and declare, in both worlds, the wonderful works of the Lord.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have spoken a word of faith, quoting the psalmist, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." Yet consider well what this means. For many desire life and healing, but few understand the life that is true life. Our Lord said, "Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, ye have no life in you." The body's health is a small thing compared to the soul's salvation. What profit is it to gain a few more years under the sun and then lose eternity?

I do not say this to deny your prayer, but to turn your eyes toward the greater healing. Come to Him, then, not seeking first the things of this life, but the remission of sins. For He is the Physician of souls, and if you seek first His kingdom, all else may be added or withheld in mercy. If you are granted restoration, declare His works with a life of repentance and secret almsgiving, not with show.

But if the sickness remains, know that your witness may be even louder, as the furnace tests gold. Let your prayer become, "Whether I live or die, I am the Lord's, and I will speak of His glory." Lay hold of the divine testimony, not flattering God for favors, but trusting the revelation given: Christ crucified is your hope. Eat His flesh and drink His blood in faith, and you have eternal life abiding in you, then indeed you shall never die.
