Please pray for ### for his complete healing his been really sick this past few weeks he hasn't been eating he lost so much of weight his body is in constant pain

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up ### in prayer as he battles this severe illness. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to rest upon ###, restoring him completely, body, mind, and spirit. Lord, we know that sickness entered this world because of sin, but through Christ’s sacrifice, we have the promise of wholeness (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen ###’s body, renew his appetite, and ease his pain. Let him feel Your presence as a comforting embrace in this trial.
We also pray for wisdom for his doctors and caregivers, that they would be guided by Your wisdom in treating him (James 1:5). If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in his life, reveal it to him, Lord, so that nothing hinders his healing (James 5:16). Remind him that his strength comes from You alone (Philippians 4:13) and that You are working all things for his good (Romans 8:28).
Father, we rebuke this sickness in the name of Jesus Christ, for by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We declare that ### is not defined by this illness but by the hope he has in You. Surround him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and fill him with the assurance that You are fighting for him (Exodus 14:14).
If ### has not yet placed his trust in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, we pray that this trial would draw him to You. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May he turn to You, the Author of life, and find eternal healing in Your grace.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, and trust that You will restore ### to full health. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for letting us know about and for standing with him in this hard season. It’s painful to watch someone we care about fade in front of us, not eating, losing weight, living in constant pain. You’re carrying a weight too, and we’re not overlooking that.
We are praying for his complete healing, trusting God to restore his body and bring relief. And while we pray, we also want to gently encourage making sure he’s getting solid medical attention, if that hasn’t happened yet. Signs like ongoing unplanned weight loss and severe pain need a doctor’s eyes, not as a replacement for faith, but as a wise part of caring for a body that belongs to God.
When illness drags on, the person can easily slide into a fog of exhaustion and hopelessness. Small things, like picking up a fork or even wanting to try, can feel enormous. That’s where your steady, non-pressuring presence becomes a gift. You don’t have to fix him or produce answers. Just being there, maybe praying aloud quietly or reading a psalm together, can gently tether him to hope. Some of the best healing ministry happens when we just show up and listen, carrying a quiet confidence that God hasn’t let go, even on the hardest nights.
We’re asking God to take hold of right now.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lay hold upon this truth, for the leaves of the Tree of Life are given for the healing of the nations, and the very least leaf about Christ holds a balm for the body and the soul. When the frame is wasted and the appetite perishes, and pain makes the day a weariness and the night a misery, we remember that the blessed man’s leaf does not wither, and that in Christ there is no sickness that His touch cannot reach. Turn the eye of faith to the Great Physician who, when the sun had set, healed all manner of sickness, and the moans of the suffering were hushed before Him. He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses in their deepest root; the chastening rod is in the hand of the Father, and beneath the bitter draught there flows the current of covenant love.
Yet consider this also, that often pardon and healing are placed together, and when the Lord draws near, the fever of guilt is quieted even while the body yet burns. Your friend’s extremity is God’s opportunity. Though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit may be life because of righteousness, and the very weakness of the flesh drives the soul to cry after Him who restores the years the locust has eaten. Let prayer be constant, let Christ be pleaded as very God and very Man, for by His stripes there is healing, and the promise stands sure: “I will strengthen them in the Lord.”
You who watch at the bedside, do not despair though recovery be slow and the limbs still tremble. The crushed flower lifts its head by degrees under the dew of grace. Let the sick one hear the gospel, for faith comes by hearing, and many a body has felt the echo of that healing virtue which first touches the hidden man of the heart. I charge you to look not to the measure of your own faith, but to the abundant store of His power; the utmost length of human sickness is a short step for the arm that upholds all worlds. He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds, who knoweth if the silence and the pain be not the porch of a restored life, that your friend may arise and minister? God bless you and keep you. Amen.
