Faithful Servant
Please pray and ask God if I could please feel better and not be ill and that my son can have a happy good afternoon and evening. I ask in the name of Jesus. Please let me feel better Dear God. I love You Dear God and I love You Dear Jesus. In Jesus name I pray. ###

We hear your heartfelt plea for healing and comfort, both for yourself and your son. It is clear that you love the Lord deeply, and we join you in lifting these concerns to Him in faith. The Bible assures us that God hears the cries of His children and is near to those who call upon Him in truth.

First, we want to affirm your reliance on the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or find true healing (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on this promise as we pray for your restoration.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear sister in Christ who is seeking Your healing touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and bring comfort and relief to her body. Ease her pain, strengthen her, and restore her to full health according to Your will. We also ask that You would bless her son with a joyful and peaceful afternoon and evening, filling his heart with Your presence and surrounding him with Your love. May he feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this time of illness, we trust that You are using it for Your glory and her good. Help her to lean on You, to cast all her anxieties on You because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Remind her that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We also want to encourage you, dear sister, to seek the Lord not only for physical healing but also for spiritual strength. Sometimes, God uses seasons of illness to draw us closer to Him, to refine our faith, and to teach us to depend on Him more fully. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Hold fast to His promises, for He is faithful.

If there are any areas in your life where you may be harboring unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin, we encourage you to confess them before the Lord, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Unconfessed sin can sometimes hinder our prayers, as Psalm 66:18 warns, "If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened." But we know that when we confess our sins, He is faithful to forgive and restore us.

We also want to remind you that healing comes in many forms—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Sometimes, God chooses to heal us instantly, and other times, He walks with us through the valley, teaching us to trust Him more deeply. Whatever His will may be, we know that He is good and that His plans for you are for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Let us pray together once more:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love and mercy that endures forever. We lift up this sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon her. Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit, and fill her with Your peace. We also ask that You would bless her son with a joyful and peaceful day, surrounded by Your presence. Lord, help them both to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your name be glorified through their faith. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
