We stand with you in this season of trial, lifting your health, your marriage, and your weary heart before the throne of grace. The Word of God tells us, *"Beloved, don’t be astonished at the fiery trial which has come upon you, to test you, as though a strange thing happened to you. But because you are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, rejoice; that at the revelation of his glory you also may rejoice with exceeding joy"* (1 Peter 4:12-13). Your faith is not being tested in vain—God is refining you, and though the road is dark, He is with you in it.
We rebuke the attacks of the enemy against your body, your eyes, and your marriage in the mighty name of Jesus. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare healing over your eyes and every part of your body, trusting in the Lord’s promise: *"By his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We also lift up your marriage, praying for restoration, unity, and renewed love between you and your spouse. May the Lord knit your hearts together in Him, shielding your marriage from division and strife.
Grief is heavy, and the loss of family members leaves a deep wound. We pray for the Lord’s comfort to surround you, for *"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted"* (Matthew 5:4). The pain of loss is real, but so is the hope we have in Christ. We ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen you when your own strength fails, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
To those who question why God allows suffering, we remind them that our Savior Himself endured the cross, and in this world, we will have tribulation—but He has overcome (John 16:33). Your endurance is a testimony to His faithfulness. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).
Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking for Your healing touch upon their body. Restore their eyes, Lord, and spare them from surgery if it be Your will. Strengthen their marriage, binding them together in love and mutual respect. Comfort them in their grief, and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Renew their strength day by day, and let them feel Your presence in the midst of this trial. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Amen.
