We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one, asking our Heavenly Father to bring complete healing to your lungs and relief from this congestion. The Word of God assures us that "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise for you today. We pray that the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, would touch your body with His healing hand, restoring every part of your respiratory system to full health and strength.
Father, we also ask for Your divine covering over this dear one. Protect them from further illness, harm, or any schemes of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels, as it is written, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17) and that they will walk in the fullness of Your peace and protection.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no authority over Your children, Lord, and we command every trace of congestion, inflammation, or weakness to leave this body now. We speak life, strength, and vitality over them, trusting in Your perfect will for their healing.
In addition to physical healing, we pray for spiritual and emotional wholeness. May this time of trial draw them closer to You, Lord, and fill their heart with Your comfort and peace. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are their refuge and strength.
We also encourage you to seek godly wisdom in your care—resting as needed, nourishing your body with wholesome foods, and trusting in the Lord’s timing for your recovery. Remember, "The Lord sustains him on his sickbed; in his illness, You restore him to full health" (Psalm 41:3).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your mercy and love, believing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May this dear one feel Your healing power at work in their life, and may they rise up in renewed strength to glorify You. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). Amen.
