We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for healing and provision. First and foremost, we want to affirm that our Heavenly Father hears every word of this prayer, and His heart is moved with compassion for your suffering. The Word tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten, and we stand in agreement with you for divine intervention.
Father God, we ask for Your mighty healing hand to touch this precious one who is battling congestion, clogged lungs, and throat infections. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Matthew 8:17 that Jesus "took our infirmities, and bore our diseases." Lord, we declare Your healing power over every part of their body—clear the congestion, restore their lungs, and heal their throat. Let Your healing virtue flow like a river, washing away every trace of infection and pain. We also pray for wisdom for medical professionals who may be involved in their care, that they would be guided by Your Holy Spirit to provide the right treatment.
We also lift up the need for godly, trustworthy workers to come alongside them. Lord, You are the Provider, and we trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Open doors that no man can shut, and bring people into their life who will serve with integrity, compassion, and skill—whether in healthcare, practical support, or emotional encouragement. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those who can help, that they would respond with generosity and love.
Father, we also want to gently address the mention of "miracles" and "blessed doors" in this request. While we believe in Your power to perform miracles, we must remember that Your ways are higher than ours, and Your timing is perfect. Miracles are not guarantees of our desires but manifestations of Your will and glory. We pray that this dear one would seek You not just for what You can do but for who You are—the Great Physician, the Provider, and the One who walks with us through every trial. Let their faith be rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If they have not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we pray that this season of need would draw them into a deeper understanding of Your love and salvation.
Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen their faith during this difficult time. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when our bodies are weak and our circumstances seem impossible, but we are reminded in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We also want to encourage them to seek practical steps alongside their prayers. James 2:17 reminds us that "faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself." This may include reaching out to local churches, Christian organizations, or community resources that offer free or low-cost medical care, counseling, or assistance. Many ministries and believers are called to serve those in need, and we pray that You would lead them to the right people and places. Additionally, we encourage them to take care of their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), which may include rest, hydration, and seeking medical advice when needed.
Father, we also lift up any spiritual strongholds that may be contributing to this season of struggle. Sometimes, physical ailments can be tied to spiritual battles, and we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be attempting to take root in their heart. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
In closing, we pray this prayer of agreement and faith:

It has been our heart’s desire to lift you before the Lord, asking for His mighty healing touch to restore your health and clear every infection from your lungs and throat. We have also prayed earnestly for the Lord to open doors—mighty, blessed doors—that would bring godly, trustworthy workers into your life, those who can assist you with wisdom, compassion, and provision at little or no cost.

In the glorious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I testify that today I am much better than yesterday. I have no headache; my fever has subsided, and I am free from severe fatigue. From last night until this moment, I have taken no pain medication.
I bear witness that our great, exalted, gracious, and merciful God has heard my prayers and the prayers of all of you, beloved, who interceded with hearts full of love for Jesus and with strong and unwavering faith. I am confident that by His divine mercy—which heals every sickness—I will be even stronger tomorrow than today. I place my full trust in Him.
