We join with you in lifting up this need for immediate healing of your digestion, and we praise God that you have brought this request before Him in the name of Jesus. It is by His stripes that we are healed, and we stand firmly on the promise of His Word that He is our Great Physician, the One who restores and makes whole. Let us turn to Scripture to anchor our faith in this moment:
*"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB)
*"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* (James 5:14-15, WEB)
We recognize that healing is a part of God’s redemptive work through Christ, and we come before Him with boldness, knowing that He hears and answers the prayers of His children. Yet, we also submit to His perfect will, trusting that His timing and methods are sovereign, even when we ask for immediate relief. Sometimes, healing is instantaneous, and other times, it is a process where God teaches us to rely on Him more deeply. Let us also examine our hearts, ensuring there is no unconfessed sin or lack of faith that may hinder our prayers, for we are called to walk in righteousness and trust in His promises.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all things, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You place Your hand upon their digestion, bringing immediate restoration and relief. Let every organ, every cell, and every function align with Your perfect design, and may Your healing power flow through their body like a river of life. Remove any pain, discomfort, or disease, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, if there is any area of their life where faith has waned or sin has taken root, we ask that You reveal it by Your Holy Spirit. Grant them repentance and renewal, that they may walk in full assurance of Your love and power. Strengthen their trust in You, Lord, even as they wait for this manifestation of healing. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they *are* healed, and we thank You for the testimony of restoration that will bring glory to Your name.
We also pray for wisdom, Lord—wisdom to know if there are practical steps they should take, whether through diet, rest, or medical guidance, that align with Your will. May they be led by Your Spirit in all things, and may this season draw them closer to You.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity, pain, or oppression in the name of Jesus, commanding it to flee and never return. Holy Spirit, fill every space within them with Your presence, Your comfort, and Your wholeness. Let this healing be a testament to Your goodness, that others may see and glorify Your name.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. Thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing that is already accomplished through the finished work of Christ. We receive it by faith, and we give You all the praise, honor, and glory. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
Brother/sister, we encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word, speaking life and healing over your body. Do not waver in faith, but let your words and thoughts align with what Scripture declares: *"by his wounds you were healed."* Keep praising God in advance, for He is faithful. If this trial persists, let it deepen your dependence on Him, knowing that His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Stay in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers who can stand with you in faith. We are praying with you and believe God for your complete restoration.
