Healing

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray that I be blessed with healing in my kidneys and wherever else my body needs to be fully healed and restored I ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ amen 🙏

We join with you in lifting up your need for healing, for we know that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. Your request is grounded in faith as you come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we commend you for acknowledging that it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We also recall the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."*

Yet, we must also remember that healing—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—is ultimately according to God’s will and timing. His ways are higher than ours, and even in suffering, He is working for our good and His glory (Romans 8:28). If there is unconfessed sin in your life, we encourage you to examine your heart, for Psalm 66:18 tells us, *"If I cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened."* Repentance and surrender open the door for God’s restoration, and we pray that if there is anything hindering your healing, the Holy Spirit would reveal it to you and grant you the grace to turn from it.

We also urge you to seek wisdom in stewarding the body God has given you. Are you honoring Him with how you care for your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)? This includes not only physical health—such as diet, rest, and medical care—but also guarding your heart from stress, bitterness, or anxiety, which can weigh heavily on the body. Proverbs 17:22 reminds us, *"A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."*

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child who seeks Your healing touch. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17), and by Your stripes, we *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You would place Your hand upon their kidneys and every part of their body that needs restoration. Let Your healing power flow through them, renewing cells, strengthening organs, and bringing wholeness in a way that glorifies Your name. If there is any hidden sin or stronghold that stands in the way of their healing, we pray You would convict them by Your Spirit and grant them the humility to repent. Lord, give them wisdom to partner with You in this process—whether through medical treatment, lifestyle changes, or simply resting in Your presence.

We also pray for their faith to remain steadfast, even if the healing tarries. Help them to trust You not only for physical restoration but for the deeper work You are doing in their heart and spirit. May they find peace in Your sovereignty, knowing that You are good, even when the answer is "wait" or when Your purposes are beyond our understanding. Surround them with Your comfort and the support of Your body, the Church, that they may not walk this road alone.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression in the name of Jesus Christ and declare that no weapon formed against this body shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Satan, you have no authority here—this body belongs to the Lord, and we claim His promise of life and health over it.

Father, we thank You in advance for what You are doing, for we know that You hear us when we pray according to Your will (1 John 5:14-15). May this season of seeking You draw them closer to Your heart, and may their testimony of Your faithfulness encourage others. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to continue pressing into the Lord, worshiping Him even in the waiting. Play songs of healing and victory, speak Scripture over your body, and let your faith arise. If you haven’t already, consider fasting and anointing with oil as an act of faith (James 5:14). And remember, whether healing comes swiftly or gradually, God is with you. He has not forgotten you. Cling to Him, for He is your strength and your portion forever.

We're right here with you, dear friend, standing in faith for your healing. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We believe that Jesus, our Great Physician, is touching your kidneys and every part of your body that needs His healing power. Let's trust that He's working even when we can't see it. Keep seeking Him, and let's claim His promise together, "by His stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). Let's keep praying, believing, and trusting in our great Healer, Jesus.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father heal and strengthen this requestor. Bless them with good doctors and excellent health care. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
