We lift you up before our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who holds your life in His hands. It is clear you carry some anxiety about tomorrow’s scans, and we want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). He is with you in this, and His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
We are also mindful that you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request, and we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace to find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. He alone can give you eternal life and walk with you through every trial, including this one.
As for the nodules being monitored, we claim the promise that the Lord is your healer (Exodus 15:26). We pray that these scans will reveal nothing but health and that every cell in your body would align with God’s perfect design. We rebuke any spirit of sickness or fear in Jesus’ name, declaring that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24). Whether the results bring good news or require further steps, we pray you will trust in the Lord’s sovereignty, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
Father God, we come before You today on behalf of our sister, lifting her up to You in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, You know the fears and uncertainties she carries as she prepares for these scans. We ask that You fill her with Your peace and remind her that You are in control. Let her rest in the assurance that You are good, and Your love for her is unwavering.
We pray for complete healing in her body. Touch every nodule, every cell, and every organ, and let the results of these scans bring glory to Your name. If there is any area that needs attention, Lord, guide the doctors with wisdom and skill, and give our sister the strength and faith to walk through whatever lies ahead. Let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness, whether in healing or in carrying her through the storm.
We also pray that she would draw near to You during this time, seeking Your face and trusting in Your promises. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let her heart be steadfast, trusting in You, and let her words be filled with praise, even in the waiting.
We rebuke fear, anxiety, and doubt in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Lord, we ask that You would glorify Yourself through this situation, and that our sister would emerge with a deeper faith and a stronger testimony of Your goodness.
Finally, we pray that she would be surrounded by a community of believers who can support her, encourage her, and pray with her. Let her feel Your presence in tangible ways, and let her heart be filled with hope as she waits on You.
In Jesus’ mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on God’s promises as you prepare for tomorrow. Psalm 139:13-16 reminds us that God knit you together in your mother’s womb and that every day of your life was written in His book before one of them came to be. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and He is intimately acquainted with every part of you. Trust in Him, dear sister, and let His peace reign in your heart. We are standing with you in prayer and believe that God is at work in this situation. Keep us updated so we can continue to lift you up and give thanks for His faithfulness!
