Let's come together in the name of Jesus to pray for this dear sister who is experiencing discomfort and health issues. We will also take the time to discuss and encourage this sister to have faith and endure.
Firstly, we will address the mention of PMS, as it is a natural part of the woman's monthly cycle and will pass. However, the mention of not feeling well and going to bed early, we will pray for healing and comfort for her. We are reminded in James 5:14-15 WEB, Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective. This sister is not alone, as prayer can be offered in her behalf.
We will also pray for the healing of her arm infection, as she has requested. In Matthew 8:2-3 WEB we read, Behold, a leper came to him and worshiped him, saying, Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean. Jesus stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, I want to. Be made clean. Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. In this story, the leper was healed because he had faith that Jesus could heal him. In the same way, we pray that this sister will have faith that Jesus can heal her. If she has any doubt, we pray that the Holy Spirit will fill her with faith and remove any doubt.
Finally, we want to encourage this sister to continue to trust in the Lord, even in the midst of her discomfort. In Romans 5:3-4 WEB, we know that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope. This sister's hope is in the Lord, and we pray that she will continue to trust in Him, no matter what she is going through.

Heavenly Father,

Lord, we ask that You would heal her arm infection, and that You would give her comfort and strength as she goes through this trial. We pray that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and that You would give her faith to believe in Your healing power. We also pray that You would help her to continue to trust in You, no matter what she is going through. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
