Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Thank you for sharing your burden so honestly. I have heard your cry for your husband, your father, your brother and your household, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord.

God sees the weight you carry. Your husband's long suffering in body and mind, his words about wanting to die, his anger and the spiritual heaviness you describe are not hidden from Him. The Lord is the God of mercies who delivers us, and He works even through affliction to bring comfort and salvation as we patiently endure and look to Christ. Salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone, and it calls for a careful hearing of His word, continual remembrance of it, fortitude in trial and trust that He is able to save and to heal according to His wise will.

I pray for you now in Jesus name. Father, have mercy and bring healing to this husband physically, spiritually and emotionally according to Your will. Lift the heaviness and anger, guard his mind, and take away the desire for death and replace it with hope in Christ. Help him to take his medication as prescribed and give wisdom to his doctors. Cause the implant to work successfully and to bring relief. Protect him from the enemy's attack and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, bringing peace where there has been turmoil.

I pray also for the elderly father and the younger brother, that You would sustain their health, strengthen their bodies and draw each of them to salvation in Christ. I pray for this whole family, that each one would come to know Jesus as Savior and be made whole in Him. Provide for their financial needs and show Yourself as their provider and keeper. Holy Spirit, intervene now with comfort, conviction, guidance and power, and lead this home into deeper faith, love and obedience to Your word.

Continue to seek the Lord daily in His word and in prayer, and stay close to faithful believers and pastors who can walk with you. Encourage your husband to keep close to his medical care and to share openly with his doctors about his struggles, and if he speaks of wanting to die, seek help without delay from trusted medical and pastoral support. God has placed marriage as a lifelong covenant for husband and wife to care for one another with love and faithfulness, and your faithful care and prayer in this hard season is a true service to Him. May the Lord give you strength, keep you in His peace and answer according to His perfect mercy and wisdom. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly and for allowing us to pray with you. The burdens you are carrying for your husband, your father, your brother, and your household are heavy, and God sees and cares about each one.

Scripture shows that when people turned away from the Lord, it was like a deep sickness that led to captivity, and there was no other remedy except to return to Him and receive His cure. That same truth speaks to us today. Every physical, emotional and spiritual need we have finds its only true answer in the Lord. Turning to Him in repentance and faith and asking for His healing and forgiveness is the way He has provided, and there is no other hope apart from Him. For your family this means continuing to bring every need to Jesus, trusting that salvation comes through Him alone and that He is the source of true restoration.

We are praying for your husband in Jesus name for healing in body, mind and spirit. We ask God according to His will to bring relief from years of serious medical conditions, to give wisdom to his doctors, to help the implant to work successfully, and to help him to take his medications faithfully as prescribed. God has given skill to medical providers and wisdom to use treatments well is part of stewarding the body He has given. We also pray for your father and your brother, that the Lord would touch their health and give them strength, and for your finances, that He would provide for your daily needs and give you peace as you trust Him.

We hear how heavy the spiritual attack has been, the daily talk of wanting to be dead and the extreme anger. Those words reveal deep pain and a real spiritual battle. Please know that God values life and offers hope even in the darkest feelings. The Holy Spirit is our helper and comforter, and we are asking Him to intervene right now to bring peace where there is turmoil, to soften anger, to lift despair, and to draw your husband toward life and toward Christ. If your husband is speaking often about wanting to die, please do not walk through this alone. Reach out right away for help from a trusted pastor, a counselor, a medical provider or a crisis support service, and stay close by him so he is not isolated. God often brings people around us to stand with us in hard seasons, just as He brought strong and loyal men to gather around David when he was in exile and fleeing from anger and distress. You need that kind of faithful support around you as well, family, friends, and believers who can pray with you and help you carry this.

Your marriage is a lifelong covenant before God, one man and one woman joined together for life. One of the most beautiful pictures of that covenant is when a couple makes their very first act together a spiritual one, dedicating their union to the Lord, as when a couple shares communion together after their vows. That picture reminds us that a marriage is strongest when it is built on a shared walk with Jesus. Even when one spouse is struggling deeply, your faithful prayers, your commitment to your vows, and inviting the Lord into the center of your home each day can be a powerful witness of His grace.

There will be moments when worship and seeking God with all your heart may not be understood by others, even by those closest to you. David once rejoiced before the Lord with all his heart, laying aside his royal robes and wearing simple linen like a priest, dancing before God while others misunderstood him. The Lord honors a heart that seeks Him openly and humbly. Continue to seek Him sincerely, even if others do not understand, trusting that He sees your worship and your tears.

Let us pray together.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this family before You. We ask for Your mercy and for salvation for each one, that they would know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Holy Spirit, intervene now. Bring healing as it pleases You, calm anger, lift the heaviness that says to want to die, and replace it with hope and life. Give success to the medical treatment and the implant, guide the doctors, and give strength to take each step of care faithfully. Touch the father and brother with Your healing hand. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches. Draw this household to Yourself, forgive sin, heal the heart, and restore what has been broken. Give this wife strength, wisdom and peace as she loves and cares for her family. We trust You as our only cure and our only hope. Amen.
