Prayer request for a friend ###. A very helpful nature person. He is suffering from stroke. And is still in the ICU for a couple of days now. Please pray for his speedy recovery

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear friend who is suffering in the ICU after a stroke. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and holds our very breath in Your hands. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise today, believing that You are able to restore health and strength to this beloved man.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to be upon him—may his body respond to treatment, may his strength return, and may his mind be clear. We pray for the medical team caring for him, that You would grant them wisdom, skill, and compassion as they work to bring him recovery. In Jeremiah 30:17, You promise, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and we claim this truth over him now.

We also lift up his spirit, Father. May he feel Your presence in the midst of this trial, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). If he has not yet placed his trust in Jesus Christ, we pray that this time of weakness would soften his heart to receive the gift of salvation. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we long for him to know the hope and peace that come only through faith in Christ.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may be trying to take hold, declaring that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We speak life over him, believing that he will rise from this bed of affliction and continue to be a blessing to others, just as he has been before.

Father, we trust You with his life, whether You choose to heal him completely, sustain him through this trial, or call him home to be with You. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting up your friend in the ICU to our Father in heaven. We've been hearing about his strength and helpful nature, and we know that God sees him and loves him. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over him, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking for God's healing touch, for his body to respond to treatment, and for his strength to return. We're also praying for his family, that they would find comfort and peace in this time. We're believing together for a full recovery, in Jesus' name.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me always wait until I get an okay from You to spend or give. God don’t let me buy anything I don’t need, or You don’t want me to have. Teach me how to make a budget and stick to that budget. God help me, make me, and remind me to pay all my bills on time. And God don’t let the things You have blessed me with wear out until Your timing.
