Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join you in bringing him before our Heavenly Father.
We ask the Lord Jesus Christ, our true physician, to touch and heal your son in body, mind and spirit. We pray for his complete restoration according to God's will and mercy, and for strength and peace for you as you love and care for him. We ask the Father to protect him from harm and danger, both seen and unseen, and to surround him with His presence, so that he may know the comfort that comes from being kept in Christ.
In times of sickness and worry it is good to keep close to the remedies God has given us. Continue to bring your son before the Lord in prayer, even in the quiet of your heart throughout the day, for God hears the prayer offered in faith even when no other voice hears it. Let the Scriptures and psalms dwell in your home, for they are a true help and healing for the soul, and they keep our minds fixed on what is good. Place your trust not in empty charms or superstitions, but in the Cross of Christ and in calling upon His name, for this is our only weapon and our sure hope.
We also pray for his spiritual health above all, that he would know the salvation that is through Jesus Christ alone and walk in the peace that comes from belonging to Him. May the Lord guard his heart and mind, lead him away from harmful influences, and fill him with faith, hope and love.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this son to You. Touch him with Your healing hand, protect him in every place he goes, and surround him and his family with Your peace that passes all understanding. Grant wisdom to those who care for him and draw him ever closer to Yourself. We thank You for all You do for us and for Your unfailing love. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.
