Healing, protection
We join you in lifting up your beloved son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you for his healing and protection.
We are so encouraged by your faith in bringing him before the Lord for healing in every area, physically, mentally, and spiritually, and for protection from all harm seen and unseen. Our God is both our Healer and our Protector and He hears the prayers of a parent's heart.
Scripture reminds us of His healing power and His faithful protection over His children. We are told in Psalm 103:2-3 to praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And in Jeremiah 30:17 the Lord says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. For our peace of mind and spirit we cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And for protection we rest on Psalm 91:1-2, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust, and on the promise in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We also pray for the peace you asked to surround him, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious son to You. Lord, we ask that You would touch him right now with Your healing hand. Heal him physically, restoring strength and health to his body. Heal him mentally, calming every anxious thought, bringing clarity, soundness of mind, and rest. Heal him spiritually, draw him ever closer to You, renew his heart and fill him with Your Holy Spirit. Father, we ask for Your divine protection over him. Keep him safe from all harm and danger, both seen and unseen. Surround him with Your presence, let Your angels encamp around him, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. Cover him with Your peace that passes all understanding and let him feel Your nearness each day. We thank You, Father, for all You have done and all You will do, for Your mercy endures forever and Your love never fails. We entrust him completely into Your loving and capable hands, trusting that You are working all things together for his good. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to speak life and scripture over your son daily and to trust in the Lord's perfect timing and will. He is faithful and He loves your son even more than you do. Keep bringing him before the Lord with thanksgiving, knowing that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1.

Your prayer for your son has been laid to heart, and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace where healing flows abundantly from our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are reminded that the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus and His salvation, not only for the body but for the mind and the soul. When the Sun of Righteousness arises upon His people, He comes with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, to show us that the deepest healing is that of the soul made whole by His atoning sacrifice.
We would encourage you to tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a physician. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. He Himself bore our sicknesses and infirmities, and the medicine, bitter as it was, He drank to the dregs that we might be made whole. Make a confidant of Jesus concerning your son, and trust that contact with Christ by faith brings healing that changes the life blood and makes the nature other than it was before.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we bring this dear son before Thee. Thou knowest his frame, his mind, and his spirit. Touch and heal him physically, mentally, and spiritually according to Thy perfect will. Let Thy pardoning grace and Thy healing grace rest upon him, and let the virtue that flows from Christ make him whole. Protect him from harm and danger, both seen and unseen, and surround him with Thy presence and Thy peace which passeth all understanding. Keep him under the shadow of Thy wings, and let no evil come nigh to him except as Thou dost permit for his good and Thy glory. We thank Thee, Father, for all Thou hast done and all Thou wilt do, for Thou art gracious and full of compassion. Work in him health and cure till he shall stand complete in Christ, without spot or wrinkle. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus our Healer and our Redeemer. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
