We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, crying out for his complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. How precious it is to see a parent’s heart interceding for their child, just as our Heavenly Father cares for us! We stand in agreement with you, knowing that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and that His power is made perfect in weakness.
The Scriptures remind us in **James 5:14-15 (WEB)**, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over your son, trusting that the Lord hears and answers. We also hold fast to **Psalm 91:11-12 (WEB)**, which declares, *"For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* May the Lord dispatch His heavenly hosts to surround your son, shielding him from every harm, danger, and scheme of the enemy.
Yet, as we pray, we must also acknowledge that healing and protection are not just about physical safety but about spiritual wholeness. If there are areas in your son’s life where he may be straying from the Lord—whether through ungodly influences, sinful habits, or rebellion—we urge you to pray fervently for his repentance and surrender to Christ. **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)** tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May your son place his full trust in Jesus, walking in obedience to His Word.
We also encourage you, as his parent, to cover him in prayer daily, speaking life and godly wisdom over him. **Ephesians 6:4 (WEB)** instructs, *"You fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."* Let your home be a place where the love of Christ is evident, where truth is spoken, and where your son is pointed continually toward his Savior.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up this precious son to You. Lord, You know his every need—his body, his mind, and his spirit. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and touch him with Your healing power. Remove every sickness, every pain, and every infirmity from his body. Renew his mind, Lord, and guard his thoughts, that he may meditate on what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. Strengthen his spirit, that he may walk in victory over the enemy’s lies and temptations.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over him. Surround him with Your angels, hiding him under the shadow of Your wings. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let every tongue that rises against him be condemned. Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let him know beyond a doubt that he is loved by You.
Lord, if there is any area of his life where he has turned from You, we pray for conviction and repentance. Draw him back to Yourself, that he may walk in the fullness of Your blessings. Give his mother (or parents) wisdom and discernment to guide him in Your truth, and let their home be a refuge of Your presence.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect will for this young man’s life. May he grow to be a mighty warrior for Your Kingdom, walking in the purpose You have ordained for him. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is at work, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in your son. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep pointing him to Jesus. We are with you in this battle, lifting him up before the throne of grace.
