We join our hearts with yours, dear friend, as we lift your son up to our Heavenly Father. We're reminded of the words in Psalm 147:3 (NIV), "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is a God of healing and restoration, and we trust that He is at work in your son's life.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, laying our precious son at Your feet. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, Lord. We know that You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. Please, touch his body, mind, and spirit, according to Your will. Surround him with Your love, peace, and protection.
We're reminded of the words in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV), 'If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.' We humble ourselves before You, Lord, and we ask for forgiveness where it's needed. We trust that You are faithful to hear our prayers and to heal.
We also pray for your strength and peace, dear parent. May you find comfort and hope in Jesus' words in Matthew 11:28-29 (NIV), 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.'
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is at work in your son's life. Stay strong, and trust in the Lord. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
