We join you in lifting up your beloved son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing this request in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.

We stand with you asking for the Lord's healing touch upon him physically, mentally and spiritually. We pray that God will restore him to wholeness and bind up every wound, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 and But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We ask the Lord to cast out every spirit of confusion and psychosis and to fill him instead with His peace and clarity, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7.

We pray also for his sleep and for a sound mind. We ask that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and his thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7, and that he may lie down in peace and sleep securely, for you, Yahweh alone, make us live in safety. Psalm 4:8. We ask for the Lord's protection over him from all harm and evil, that He would put His angels in charge of him to guard him in all his ways. Psalm 91:11, and that the Lord who is faithful will guard him from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We pray that he will know the comforting presence of the Father who says, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together, Heavenly Father, we bring this precious son before You and ask for Your mercy and healing power to rest upon him. Touch his body, his mind and his spirit and make him whole. Rebuke and cast out every spirit of psychosis and torment and replace it with Your perfect peace and a sound mind. Grant him deep, peaceful and restorative sleep and let him awake refreshed in Your care. Surround him with Your protection, keep him from all harm and evil, and let him feel Your comforting presence day and night. Strengthen his family as they love and support him, and help them to trust You more each day. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring him before the Lord daily, to speak scripture over him, and to trust in God's unfailing love and faithfulness even while you seek wise and godly care for his needs. The Lord hears the prayers of His people and He is near to all who call on Him.

Thank you for sharing your heart for your son. We can hear the love and concern behind every word as you ask for healing, protection and rest for him.

Watching a child struggle in mind and body and not sleeping well is exhausting for both of you. It makes sense you would bring him to the Father again and again for comfort and peace.

We want to walk with you in prayer, and also gently encourage you to stay close to the trusted people caring for him, his medical providers and pastoral support, so they can continue to assess what he needs and walk with you both. You do not have to carry the weight of figuring this out alone, and keeping them informed about his sleep and how he is doing can help them support him well.

We are praying for you too, for strength and rest as you love him through this.

Father, we lift this son to You and ask for Your healing presence with him in body, mind and spirit. Guard him from harm, quiet what troubles him, and grant him peaceful sleep and a calm, sound mind. Surround him with Your peace and surround his parent with wisdom, comfort and hope. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join our faith with yours before the throne of grace, beseeching the Lord on his behalf.

We are reminded that sleep is the gift of God, for so He giveth His beloved sleep. It is not in our own power to compose ourselves to rest, but the Lord it is who steepeth the mind and biddeth the body to slumber that it may be refreshed. We will pray that the Lord who watches over His children will grant to your son this precious physician, peaceful sleep and a sound mind, for God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Sun of Righteousness riseth with healing beneath His wings, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing to the soul, to change the life blood and to make the nature new. We will pray that this healing virtue may flow down to your son, to restore him physically, mentally and spiritually, and that pardon and healing, which are joined together in Christ, may be his portion.

It is of small use for those afflicted in mind to look to man, for only God can deliver them. Deliverance from a cruel captivity must be wrought by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and He hath found a ransom. The most astonishing provision under Heaven is the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ upon the cross, and through that ransom the Lord is able to deliver from the pit. When the clock of mercy striketh in Heaven, the hour of deliverance cometh, for the time is in His hand.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we bring this dear son before Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son. Lay Thy healing hand upon him in body, in mind and in spirit. Rebuke whatsoever disturbeth his peace and grant him deliverance, a sound mind and quiet, refreshing sleep. Cover him under Thy wings and protect him from all harm and evil. Let Thy presence be his comfort and Thy peace, which passeth all understanding, keep his heart and mind through Christ Jesus. We ask this not for any merit in us, but through the blood and righteousness of Thy Son, our only hope and ransom. Amen.

Cast your burden upon the Lord and leave it there. He heareth prayer and in His own time and way will work deliverance for those who trust Him. May the Lord comfort your heart also as you wait upon Him, and keep you both in His perfect peace.
