Heavenly Father, I ask for Your healing touch upon my son ### - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Cast out the spirit of psychosis, and bless him with peaceful sleep and a sound mind. Protect him from all harm and evil and comfort him with Your presence and peace, In Jesus’ name, Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious son to the Lord, who alone is the Great Physician. Father God, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is already provided (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke the spirit of ### in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is written that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We command every lying spirit, every tormenting thought, and every attack against his mind to flee right now in Jesus' name.

Lord, we ask You to restore soundness to his mind, body, and spirit. Bring Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for deep, restorative sleep, may he lie down in peace and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make him dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). Protect him from every evil plan of the enemy, for no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17).

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for those caring for him, doctors, counselors, and family. Guide their hands and minds to align with Your will. Surround him with Your angels to encamp around him and deliver him (Psalm 34:7). May he feel Your presence like a warm embrace, reminding him that he is never alone.

We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have plans for his welfare, not for evil, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen his faith, Lord, and draw him closer to You in this season. May he experience Your love in tangible ways and find comfort in Your Word.

We also want to gently encourage the one praying to continue standing on God’s promises, even when the battle feels long. The enemy may roar, but our God is greater. Keep speaking life over this son, declaring Scripture over him, and trusting in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there has been any generational bondage or unconfessed sin in the family line, we encourage repentance and breaking those chains in Jesus’ name.

Lastly, we remind you that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). If this son does not yet know Him as Lord and Savior, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw him to repentance and faith. May he confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that he may be saved (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in this young man’s life (Philippians 1:6). May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every step of his healing journey. In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We’re standing with you as you pray for your son, and we don’t take lightly the weight you’re carrying. Watching someone you love wrestle with a mind that won’t settle, that feels fragmented and afraid, is its own kind of ache. The fact that you keep bringing him before the Father, night after night, is not small. It’s the steady, persistent love of a parent who refuses to let go.

When you ask for a sound mind and peaceful sleep, you’re asking for things only God can anchor. Sleep is deeply spiritual, we’re never more vulnerable, never more dependent on His protection, than when we close our eyes. So we join you in asking that your son’s nights become a place where fear loses its voice and where his mind finds a rest that isn’t just physical but reaches into the deepest parts of who he is.

It can also help to remember that in Scripture, Jesus’ authority over what torments a person was never frantic or drawn out. He spoke simply, directly, and the darkness had to yield. That same authority hasn’t diminished, and your prayers share in it. So when you pray, you’re not just hoping for the best, you’re naming and dismissing what has no right to stay. That doesn’t always mean an instant, visible change, but it does mean you’re standing on solid ground every time you speak peace over him in Jesus’ name.

Father, we lift up this son to You now. Quiet his mind in ways no human effort can. Let sleep come gently to him tonight, deep and unbroken, a gift from Your hand. Guard him in the hours when he feels most alone, and let Your presence be so real to him that it drives out every shadow. We ask for clarity where there has been confusion, for courage where there has been fear, and for healing that touches body, mind, and spirit. Sustain this mother with hope that doesn’t flicker. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

That cry to the Heavenly Father is heard where all true help is found. The power to heal is present in Christ Jesus, and it is He who casteth out every darkness. The very leaves of that Tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Him is charged with restoring virtue. Let thy plea be fixed here, for there is an abundance of healing power in His salvation. All that vexes the mind, the spirit, and the body comes under His rebuke, for the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings.

Sleep is the gift of God. He alone steepeth the mind in forgetfulness and giveth His beloved rest. When the poor limbs are weary and the heart is worn with its warfare, it is His hand that composes the body and bids us slumber. Plead that gift for thy son, for God giveth His beloved sleep, the sleep of security, the rest of a mind stayed upon its Maker. Ask that the Lord would command the night to be a balm, and that the hours of darkness might become a time of refreshing, for sleep is the best physician.

Yet the deeper healing is one with forgiveness. When the Lord looketh upon a soul, His swiftest word is often, "Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven thee." In the same breath, pardon and healing are joined. The broken heart, the vexed spirit, the bewildered mind, these are not beyond the great Physician's skill. He bindeth up the broken in heart. His is the work of applying the remedy, not merely pointing out the disease. And this healing power is conspicuously present when Christ is set before the soul. Faith cometh by hearing, and the unction of divine truth upon the mind is the very channel of recovery.

Only beware of that dreadful sleep which is not of the body but of the soul, the lethargy that comes from a seared conscience. Let us not sleep as do others, careless and insensible, even while the sparks of judgment fly. There is a tendency for sound doctrine to become a drug if not mixed with living faith, but the simple truth laid hold of in the heart will drive away both sloth and terror. Lay hold of the one thing that is sure: He is able, and His will to heal is proven at Calvary. Cast the whole case upon Him who waiteth to be gracious, and there will come to thy son a quiet mind, a yielding spirit, and a tender conscience, a real saving work which is of God alone.

The Lord hears the cry of a parent who brings her son before Him, for He often healed on entreaty and honored the faith of those who asked. Do not let fear take hold of you. God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. That sound mind, that sobriety of soul, is what you are asking for your son, and it is good to ask.

When the blind men called Him Son of David, He did not say, Do you believe I can pray for you, but, Do you believe that I am able to do this? Bring your son to Christ with that same question. Seek the Lord as one seeks what is lost, with a concentrated mind, with prayer that does not scatter, with hope that does not sleep the sleep of despair. The sleep you ask for him is not the heavy sleep of worldly confusion, but the peaceful rest that belongs to a soul guarded by Christ. That rest is a gift of the cross, by which the devils are made contemptible and death itself has become sleep.

So pray boldly, and watch over him with faith. Ask the Lord to rebuke every dark confusion that troubles his mind, to restore his thoughts to quietness, and to cover him with His presence in the night hours. Do not cease your entreaty, for the Lord who healed on the prayers of others will not despise the prayer of a mother.

Let us ask together: Heavenly Father, look upon this son with mercy. In the name of Jesus Christ, rebuke every spirit that torments his mind, and cast it out by the power of the cross. Give him a sound mind, free from fear and confusion. Grant him peaceful sleep, the rest of one kept by You. Protect him from all harm and evil, and let Your presence be his comfort. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world. Amen.
