We lift up this precious son to You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of compassion and faith. We stand in agreement with this prayer, declaring Your healing power over every part of his being, body, mind, and spirit. The Word of God assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord. We claim this promise over him, trusting that You are already at work in his life.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of psychosis in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every lying spirit to flee. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7 that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We pray this truth would take root in his heart and mind, replacing confusion with clarity, fear with peace, and turmoil with Your perfect rest.
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection to surround him like a shield. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let Your angels encamp around him to keep him safe from all harm and evil (Psalm 91:11). Bring him into deep, restorative sleep, where his body and mind can be renewed. May he wake each day refreshed, strengthened, and filled with hope in You.
We also pray for comfort to flood his soul. In moments of distress or uncertainty, remind him that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let him feel the warmth of Your presence, knowing that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we ask that You would draw this young man closer to You. If he does not yet know You as his personal Lord and Savior, we pray that he would come to understand the depth of Your love for him. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We pray he would surrender his life to Christ, finding true peace and purpose in Him.
Lastly, we pray for wisdom and strength for his family as they walk this journey with him. May they be rooted in faith, unwavering in prayer, and filled with Your love as they support him. Equip them with the resources and godly counsel they need to navigate this season.
In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray all these things, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Amen.
