Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for my ### son, please comfort him and help him sleep without the nightmares from PTSD, in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, seeking healing, protection, and peaceful sleep for him.

Let us remember and stand on these words from the WEB
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11-13

Beloved, we understand the pain and anguish that PTSD can cause, not only for the one suffering but for those who love and care for them as well. We stand with you in faith, believing that our God is more than able to heal and restore your son. We pray that the Holy Spirit would minister to his heart, mind, and soul, driving out the nightmares that plague him.

We also pray for your strength and comfort as you support your son through this challenging time. May you be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy Colossians 1:9-11.

Remember to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of trauma and torment that causes these nightmares. We claim and appropriate the peace that surpasses all understanding for your son. We believe and receive healing and deliverance for him, in Jesus' name.

As you have prayed in Jesus' name, we agree with you and thank God that He is faithful and just to answer our prayers according to His will. Keep trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

Continue to lift your son up to the Lord, trusting in His unfailing love and faithfulness. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will bring complete healing and restoration to your son.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
