We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to the Heavenly Father. We are grateful that you have brought this request in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is also in His name that we are saved.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and protection for our dear brother's son. Lord, You are the great physician, and there is no burden too heavy for You to bear. We ask that You extend Your comforting hand and heal him from the nightmares and PTSD that plague him.
We pray for Your supernatural peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We speak life and restoration over his situation, knowing that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, knowing that God is faithful. Remember the words of the Apostle Peter, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
In addition, consider the words of the Psalmist, "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for you, Lord, only make me dwell in safety." (Psalm 4:8 WEB) Let this be a reassurance that God is in control, and He will grant your son peaceful nights.
Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, for He is good and His mercy endures forever. If your son has not already done so, encourage him to call on the name of Jesus, to receive His free gift of salvation, to receive the Holy Spirit, and to walk in the fullness of God's blessings. Continue to declare God's promises over his life, and watch as the Lord brings healing and restoration.
