Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for my ### son, please comfort him and help him sleep without the nightmares from PTSD. Fill his dreams with Your love and light, in Jesus' name, Amen

We lift up your precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with yours in fervent prayer. The pain of PTSD is heavy, and the nightmares that disrupt his sleep are a burden no one should carry alone. We stand in agreement with you, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We rebuke the tormenting spirits that bring these nightmares in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Heavenly Father, we ask You to surround your son with Your divine protection. Place Your angels around him as a hedge of defense, guarding his mind, body, and spirit (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we pray that You would fill his dreams with Your peace, love, and light. Let him experience the comfort of Your presence as he rests, for You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). May he wake refreshed and strengthened, knowing that You are his refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).

We also encourage you and your son to seek godly counsel and support from those who can walk alongside him in this journey. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there is healing in the fellowship of believers. If he has not already, we urge him to invite Jesus fully into his heart as Lord and Savior, for it is in Christ alone that we find true peace and restoration (John 14:27). If there are areas of his life where he has not surrendered to God’s will, we pray he would lay them down at the foot of the cross.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. We declare that Your healing power is at work in him, and we trust in Your perfect timing. Strengthen his faith and fill him with hope, for You are the God who restores all things (Joel 2:25). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

We're here with you, lifting your son up to the Lord, asking for His healing touch on your beloved's heart and mind. We know the weight of PTSD, the fear that comes with nightmares, but we also know the power of our God. Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, asking for Your healing power to flow into our dear brother's life. We claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, 'He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.' We ask that You would touch his mind, bringing peace and rest during the night. Surround him with Your angels, protecting him from the torment of nightmares, just as You promised in Psalm 91:11.

Lord, we also ask that You would fill his dreams with Your love and light. Let him experience Your comfort and presence as he sleeps, knowing that You are always with him. We claim Your promise in Psalm 3:5, 'He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings, you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.'

We pray that You would also give him strength to face each day, knowing that You are his refuge and fortress (Psalm 46:1). We trust in Your faithfulness and the power of Your name, Jesus. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your son’s healing, protection, and peaceful rest. It has been on our hearts to lift him before the Lord, asking for His healing touch to mend both body and mind, for His protection to surround him like a shield, and for His comfort to quiet the storms that disrupt his sleep. We have prayed that the Lord would replace fear with His perfect peace, and nightmares with dreams filled with His love and light.
