May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. We have received your request and we are joining you in prayer for your stepfather as he begins chemotherapy tomorrow.
We ask our heavenly Father to have mercy on him, to grant skill and wisdom to the doctors and nurses who will care for him, to lessen the hard effects of treatment, and to grant strength to his body. We pray that the Lord, who is the true physician of soul and body, would bring healing according to His perfect will, and give deep peace and courage to your stepfather and to all your family in these anxious days.
We also pray that through this trial your family would be drawn closer to Jesus Christ, in whom alone we have salvation and hope, and that you would know His comfort and presence hour by hour. May the Lord sustain you as you support your stepfather, and may you find rest in casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
We will continue to remember him and you before the Lord. Please let us know how he is doing, so we can keep praying.

Thank you for sharing this burden and allowing us to pray with you for your stepfather as he begins chemotherapy. Hearing that someone you love has cancer brings fear and sorrow, and it is right to bring that fear honestly before the Lord.
Scripture reminds us that the Lord is our light and our salvation and the strength of our lives, so we do not need to be overcome by fear. He is a shield for His people, and those who trust in Him find that He helps them and gives them cause to rejoice even in hard days. One psalm promises that the Lord will give strength to His people and bless His people with peace. That is our prayer for your stepfather and for you and your family in the days ahead, that you would know His strength for each step and His peace guarding your hearts.
The Bible also calls God the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our affliction. He stands by His people in the darkest hours to strengthen and encourage them. There are times when trials feel beyond our own strength to bear, when we do not know how we will face what is ahead, and it is there that His comfort becomes most real. He does not leave us alone in that valley. Like a shepherd with His sheep, His presence itself brings comfort and keeps us.
We will pray for healing for your stepfather. The gospels show how much of the ministry of Jesus was given to healing those who were sick and afflicted, and we still believe that all healing is from God. Sometimes He heals instantly, sometimes He heals gradually, and often He heals through the natural processes He has built into our bodies and through the skill He gives to doctors and treatments. In that sense even a gradual recovery through medicine is a divine work, because He is the Creator of those processes. At the same time we acknowledge with humility that we do not fully understand why some are healed in this life and others are not, as even the apostle Paul prayed earnestly and learned to trust God's wiser purpose. So we pray with confidence and with submission to His perfect will.
We are praying that the Lord will be near to your stepfather tomorrow and in the weeks to come, that He will give wisdom to his medical team, that the treatment would be effective and that side effects would be eased, and above all that your stepfather would sense the Lord watching over him and keeping him. We pray that God's Word would be his strength and portion each day, and that you would see your problems in the light of God's great power rather than in the light of your own weakness, remembering that the God who reigns over all is able to give you what you need for this hour.
May the Lord bless you and your family, lift you up when you feel weary, and fill you with His love and peace as you trust in Jesus.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for your stepfather as he faces cancer and began chemotherapy. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer during this difficult time. We have continued to lift him up before the Lord asking for healing and mercy, for strength and peace for him and for you and your family, and for wisdom and guidance for his doctors and medical team. We hold to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 that the Lord will restore health and heal wounds.
