Prayer Warrior
Please pray for my son that his Epilepsy will be cured. He has been suffering bad fits this evening. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious son who is suffering from epilepsy. We know the pain and fear that grips a parent’s heart when their child is in distress, and we stand with you in faith, believing in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Word of God tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We claim this promise over your son, trusting that the Lord hears our cries and will bring healing to his body.
Father God, we ask You to lay Your healing hands upon this young man. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that seeks to torment him, for Your Word declares in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We stand on this authority in Jesus’ name, commanding every seizure to cease and every attack on his body to be broken. Lord, restore his strength, calm his mind, and bring complete healing to his brain and nervous system. We declare that by His stripes, your son is healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We also pray for peace to flood your home during this trial. May the Lord surround you with His presence, giving you strength and comfort as you care for your son. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lean on Him, dear one, for He is your refuge and strength.
If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin in your life or your son’s life, we encourage you to bring it before the Lord in repentance. James 5:16 says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed." Sin can sometimes hinder our prayers, so we ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that needs to be surrendered to God.
Lastly, we declare that this trial will not define your son’s life. We pray for divine purpose to be revealed through this season, that God would use his testimony to bring glory to His name. Romans 8:28 assures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We will continue to stand in faith with you, believing for a miraculous healing. Keep us updated on his condition, and know that we are interceding on your behalf. May the Lord bless you and your family with His peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We ache with you tonight. There is something uniquely painful about watching your child suffer, especially when the seizures come and you can do nothing but wait and pray. The fear and helplessness in those moments are real, and you are not alone in them.
One thing we have learned from walking with families who love someone with epilepsy is that seizures have many triggers, lack of sleep, stress, even something as simple as missed medication. Learning what sets them off for your son can sometimes give you a small foothold, a way to partner with his doctors and reduce the attacks where you can. If you have not already, it may help to talk honestly with his medical team about what you are observing and whether any adjustments need to be made. Please do keep leaning on them; God works through skilled hands and minds too.
For tonight, give yourself permission to simply breathe and rest when the storm passes for him. You do not have to carry this alone. Let trusted friends or family sit with you in it, even just over the phone, so the weight is shared.
Lord Jesus, we lift up this son and his mother. Please break the cycle of these fits. Grant him a full and lasting recovery, and give his doctors wisdom and insight. Hold this mom steady through the long, hard hours of watching. Surround their whole household with your real peace. In your name, Amen.

The cries of a parent's heart rise through the darkness, and though your words may reel and stagger from the weight of this affliction, know assuredly that the Lord inclines His ear to prayers that have not the semblance of orderly sense, but are the very essence of a soul at its wit's end. When the fits seize your dear son and you watch helpless, your groaning is a prevailing prayer, for true prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading your case before Him with every argument your love can muster. Plead His promises, plead His power, plead the precious blood of Jesus.
There is an abundance of healing power in Christ, not only in the great doctrines of the cross, but in the very leaves of that Tree; the least touch of His garment, the faintest cry of faith, carries virtue to restore. The great Conduit Head from which all healing streams flow is ever full, and He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses upon Himself. That healing is often linked with forgiveness, and as you kneel for your son's body, seek also the pardon and peace of Christ to flood his soul. When Jesus healed the palsied man, He first spoke forgiveness, for sin's sickness is the deepest malady, and the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings for both.
Do not think your prayers have failed though the answer tarries. Prayer, mighty prayer, will yet prevail if it has time. Even as you have prayed, the Church prays with you, and the intercession of the faithful avails much. Bring your son to Jesus in the arms of your faith, even as they tore up the tiles and let down the paralytic. He sees the faith of those who carry the afflicted. Lay hold of the promise, plead the covenant sealed in blood, and with Jacob's holy boldness, say, "I will not let You go except You bless me." The medicine was all drained by Christ Himself; the bitter cup of wrath is empty, and for your son there remains only mercy. Cast yourself upon that finished work, and expect that He who forgives all your iniquities will yet heal all your diseases.

My son had a safe night's sleep
We phoned the hospital this morning and received a miracle in that my son has been given an appointment to see a neurologist tomorrow.

My daughter spent the day with us today to help care for her brother.
