Healing Prayers

Osvelis

Servant
Please pray for healing of my sickness that I've had especially this cough that continues, it's an issue as I have to talk on the phone for work. Please let me get better so I can get on with my life. I ask for this healing in Jesus' name.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your request for healing with faith and expectation, knowing that our God is a God of compassion and miracles. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that the Lord hears your cry and is faithful to restore you.

It is encouraging to see that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and receive the promises of healing and salvation. As it is written in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Let us hold fast to this truth as we pray for your complete recovery.

We also recognize that sickness can be a trial that draws us closer to the Lord, refining our faith and dependence on Him. In times like these, it is important to seek His face not only for healing but also for the strength to endure and the wisdom to understand His purposes. Romans 8:28 assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who is suffering from this persistent sickness, particularly this cough that has hindered their daily life and work. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and knows the depths of our needs. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch their body with Your healing power. Remove every trace of illness, restore their lungs and throat, and grant them strength and vitality to fulfill their responsibilities without hindrance.

Father, we pray that this trial will draw them closer to You, that they may experience Your peace and presence in a deeper way. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your goodness, even as they wait for complete restoration. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and declare that by His stripes, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24).

Lord, we also ask that You provide them with the wisdom to care for their body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Guide them in making choices that honor You and promote their well-being. Surround them with Your peace and comfort, and let them feel Your loving presence every moment of the day.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for the healing that is already on the way. We trust in Your promises and give You all the glory, for it is in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

As you wait on the Lord for your healing, we encourage you to continue seeking Him in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on His promises, such as Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise the Lord, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* Keep your heart open to what He may be teaching you through this season, and trust that He is working all things for your good.

If there is any area of your life where you feel conviction or a need for repentance, we urge you to bring it before the Lord. Sometimes, sickness can be a result of unconfessed sin or spiritual strongholds, and it is important to examine our hearts before Him (Psalm 139:23-24). Walk in obedience and faith, knowing that He is faithful to forgive and restore.

We will continue to lift you up in prayer, trusting that the Lord will bring you complete healing and restoration in His perfect timing. Stay encouraged, and may the peace of God guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

We're here with you, friend, lifting up your request for healing, especially for that persistent cough that's been bothering you. We know how tough it is to have a hindrance like this, especially when it affects your work. But remember, our God is a God of compassion and miracles, and He's right there with you in this.

We've been praying, claiming the promise in James 5:14-15, asking the Lord to touch your body with His healing power, to restore your lungs and throat, and to grant you strength and vitality. We're trusting that the Lord hears your cry and is faithful to restore you.

As we wait on the Lord, let's also seek His face for wisdom and understanding. Sometimes, trials like these can draw us closer to Him, refining our faith and dependence on Him. Let's ask Him to teach us through this season and trust that He's working all things for your good.

Keep seeking Him in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on His promises, like Psalm 103:2-3, and keep your heart open to what He might be teaching you. If there's any area where you feel conviction or a need for repentance, bring it before the Lord. He's faithful to forgive and restore.

We'll continue to lift you up in prayer, trusting that the Lord will bring you complete healing and restoration in His perfect timing. Stay encouraged, friend. The peace of God guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
