We join with you in lifting up your precious daughter before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for sharing this request with us so we can seek His will together in Jesus' name. We know how difficult it is to watch a child wait and wonder why healing is taking longer than expected, and we are encouraged to see that her X-rays are already showing progress, for every sign of healing is a reminder of His mercy toward us.
We are reminded of His promises to heal and restore, for He says in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We also cling to James 5:15 And the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We believe our God is still the God of miracles and that He is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine, whether through the natural process He designed in the body or through a miraculous acceleration of that healing.
Together we pray for her now. Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and ask for Your healing hand upon this young daughter. We ask that You would cause her tibia to knit together completely and strongly, that You would bring a miraculous increase in bone growth and that her next X-ray would show a huge amount of progress that clearly displays Your goodness. We pray for complete restoration, without complication or lingering weakness, so that she may run and play again to Your glory. We also pray for wisdom for her doctors and physical therapists, for Yahweh gives wisdom, out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding as we read in Proverbs 2:6, and we ask that You guide their eyes, their decisions, and their treatment plans. Give them discernment to know the right timing and the right therapy for her full recovery.
We also lift up her heart while she waits. We understand her longing to get back to soccer and to the activity she loves, and we pray You would fill her with patience, encouragement, and peace during this season of waiting. Help her to know that her worth and joy are not found in what she can do on the field but in who she is in You. We pray she will learn to wait upon You, remembering Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Guard her from discouragement and anxiety, and let her feel Your presence each day, and we claim Philippians 4:6-7 over her and your family, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We gently want to share something important with you, as we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And we are told in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly to God for healing, forgiveness, and eternal life. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in Him for the forgiveness of sins and for the hope of eternal life, and to bring every request to the Father in His name.
We will continue to stand with you, thanking God for the healing already begun and trusting Him for the complete healing yet to come. May He strengthen your faith as you wait and may He be glorified in her recovery.
