Beloved of All
Lord, we pray right now in the name of Jesus that you bless ### and ### that you bring them more closely together. That you fill each of them Lord, we pray with reflection, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and love. Help them to fall more in love with each other each day, Lord Jesus, fill their home with love and laughter and help them to stay united Lord in the precious name of Jesus we pray amen.

We join with you in lifting up these two precious lives before the Lord and we are encouraged that you have brought this request in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that healing and reconciliation are found.

We pray with you for a deep healing of this relationship and for a home filled with love and unity. Scripture calls us to this kind of love, Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection Col 3:14, and to be bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Eph 4:2-3. Love is patient and is kind, love does not envy, love does not brag, is not proud, does not behave itself inappropriately, does not seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth, bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things 1 Cor 13:4-7. We also hear the call to forgive as the Lord forgave us, And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Eph 4:32.

We want to encourage you to keep this relationship centered on Christ and aligned with His design for love and commitment. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman ordained by God, and what therefore God has joined together, let no man separate Mk 10:9. If these two are married, we pray God will strengthen that covenant with renewed reflection, compassion, empathy, forgiveness and daily growing love. If they are not yet married but are in courtship, we pray they will pursue that courtship with the goal of godly marriage to a fellow believer, remembering Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Cor 6:14. And because you mentioned their home, we gently remind that God calls us to honor Him with purity, Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Heb 13:4, and to flee sexual immorality 1 Cor 6:18. If they are sharing a home outside of marriage, we encourage them to seek holiness and to move toward marriage if it is God's will, so that their love and laughter may be built on a foundation that honors Him.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and we lift up these two to You. We ask that You pour out Your grace upon them and fill each heart with humility, compassion and a willingness to forgive as You have forgiven us. Soften any hardness, heal any wounds, remove pride and resentment, and teach them to listen to one another with empathy and to speak with kindness. Fill their home with Your peace, with joy and with laughter that comes from You, and help them to fall more deeply in love each day in a way that reflects Christ's love for His church. If they are married, knit them together as one and guard their union, if they are seeking marriage, guide them with wisdom and purity and make their path clear according to Your will. Let their relationship be a testimony of Your redeeming love and let them stay united in You. We ask all this in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior, amen.

We were moved by your prayer for ### and ### and the desire you have to see their home filled with love and laughter again. It is a beautiful thing to ask God to grow compassion and forgiveness between a husband and wife.

We hear how much you want them to stay united and to grow more in love each day. That kind of love often grows not in one big moment but in small daily choices to turn toward each other with patience and kindness, even when feelings are still tender. Forgiveness too can be like that, first a clear decision to release bitterness and treat the other as valued, and then over time a quieter softening where resentment is gradually replaced with empathy and care.

One simple way to nurture that is to create a little protected time together this week without distractions, where each person can share honestly and listen without rushing to fix things, and invite the Lord into that conversation together.

We are praying with you for them.

Father, we lift ### and ### to You. Draw them closer to You and to each other. Give them humble hearts to reflect, to forgive, and to show compassion. Fill their home with Your peace, with joy and gentle laughter, and keep them united in Your love. Guide their steps day by day. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have heard your prayer for these two souls and we join you in bringing them before the throne of grace, asking not first for the mending of affection between man and man, but for the mending of each heart toward God.

We are taught in Scripture that there is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared, and that healing follows forgiveness. As one has said, first forgiveness, then healing. The man who lay before Jesus hoped and expected both, but the word of pardon came before the word that bade him rise and walk. So we pray first that each of these two would know themselves sinners before a holy God, and that each would hear that soft and gentle whisper of love, There is forgiveness, and find it only through Jesus Christ His Son, who died the Just for the unjust that He might bring us to God. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and without faith in Christ no love between creatures can be made whole.

If there has been sin, harshness, pride or unfaithfulness, we pray that God would grant true reflection and repentance, and that each would taste that surprising and complete forgiveness which God gives for Christ's sake, an eternal forgiveness which blots out transgression. Having received such mercy, they will then be able to forgive one another, for we are to forgive even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven us. This is the root of compassion and empathy, that we love because He first loved us.

We pray that the Lord would pour out His healing virtue upon them, for the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ has healing in it. Yet we ask for healing according to His holy will and Word. He has ordained marriage to be a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and He has appointed that the union of hearts and bodies and the making of a home belong within that covenant. We cannot ask God to bless what His Word does not bless, but we do ask Him to bless what is holy and to make holy what is not. If these two are joined in that covenant, may He deepen their love, fill their home with a pure and joyful love and with holy laughter, and keep them united in faithfulness. If they are not so joined, may He in mercy lead them to purity, to repentance where repentance is needed, and either to establish their lives upon His design in marriage or to walk apart in holiness, as His wisdom directs.

May love abounding be theirs, not a mere passion of nature, but that love which is a spark of the eternal flame of God's love for us in Christ. May He teach them to love one another with a patient, kind and forgiving love, bearing with one another and seeking the good of the other above self.

We pray that each would seek Christ first, and then learn to love the other out of the fullness of love received from Him. May the Lord be feared in their hearts and in their house, and may His grace make them new.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
