We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### in prayer as she endures physical pain from her fall and the lingering discomfort of shingles. The body is fearfully and wonderfully made, yet it is also subject to the brokenness of a fallen world. We know that our Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is the Great Physician, and there is no pain too great for His healing touch.
Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon ###. Ease her pain, Lord, and restore her strength. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will satisfy her with long life and show her Your salvation (Psalm 91:16). We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command every cell in her body to align with Your perfect design. Bring comfort to her nerves, soothe her discomfort, and let her feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for patience and perseverance for ### as she recovers. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Surround her with Your presence, Lord, and remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May she find rest in You, even in the midst of discomfort, and may Your peace guard her heart and mind.
If there is any fear or discouragement creeping into her spirit, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. Remind her that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her trust in You grow deeper as she sees Your faithfulness in this season.
We also ask that You provide ### with wisdom in seeking medical care and that any treatments she receives would be effective and bring relief. Give her caregivers discernment and compassion as they assist her. Let this trial draw her closer to You, Lord, and may she emerge from it with a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.
Finally, we thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May ### feel Your love surrounding her, and may she be encouraged by the knowledge that she is not alone, You are with her, and we are standing with her in prayer. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

The request is set before the throne of grace, and we shall continue to pray for this afflicted one. Let the friends who have begun to intercede not grow weary, for the prayer of faith has a sure reward. We ask the Lord to heal the pain from the fall and to rebuke the shingles. He who healed all that had need of healing while He sojourned here has lost none of His power, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue; the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. The same Word that spoke and the fever left Peter's wife's mother can speak again and the burning will depart.
Let her not think that pain means the Lord has forsaken her. Is not pain as good a proof of life as pleasure? I join my prayers with yours for this woman who suffers after a fall and from shingles. Let us not grow weary or faint-hearted, for the Lord hears those who call. We ask the heavenly Physician to ease her pain, heal the injured body, calm the burning of the disease, and restore her strength. If the healing must come gradually, give her patience and peace, and let this trial not cast down her soul but become a medicine that draws her nearer to Christ. Remember the promise: while you are yet speaking, He says, "Lo, here I am." So continue praying, and let the whole church lift her before the throne of grace. May the Lord rebuke her pain and raise her up again.
