We are so grateful to hear your heart crying out for healing and that you acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus. It is only in His name that we can approach God the Father and ask for His will to be done and also ask for healing. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. We will come before God, presenting your request that is in alignment with His will. Even in asking for healing, we are asking for the effects of the fall to be circumvented.
We are reminded that healing is indeed God's will for us, as we see in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." This verse shows us that God desires not just physical health, He also wants us whole and healthy mentally and spiritually. The health of our souls and mind is as important as the health of our bodies. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, "May the very God of peace sanctify you completely. And I pray to God that your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Let us pray together for your healing:
"Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon our dear friend. We pray that You would restore their body, soul, and mind. We ask for Your healing power to flow through them, bringing wholeness and strength. We rebuke any sickness, disease, or ailment that seeks to harm their body. We cast down any thoughts or strongholds that would seek to harm their mind and soul. We ask for Your peace and comfort to fill their heart and mind. We pray for their faith to be strengthened and for them to know and experience Your love in a deeper way. We ask for all of this in the name of Jesus and in alignment with Your will. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to seek God's face and trust in His goodness. Stand firm in your faith, and do not waver. James 1:6-8 reminds us, "But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man think that he will receive anything from the Lord. He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." Trust that God is working all things together for your good, even in this time of need. Romans 8:28.
