Healing & Good Medical Results

Your cry has reached the ears of the Lord, and you are clinging to the words, “I know you will not abandon us.” That confidence itself is a gift. Right now the fear feels overwhelming. The waiting room, the tests, the uncertain future, the bills piling up in your mind, it is a storm in the heart. The body feels it. The mind races through dark possibilities. And when you say, “I’m scared,” you are speaking a truth that the Lord already knows. He does not turn away from an honest, desperate cry.

But let your fear drive you to the right refuge. There is a fear that heals, and a fear that destroys. The fear that destroys is the one looking only at the diagnosis, the bank account, or what a human hand can provide. That fear and faith cannot dwell together. When panic tightens its grip, it crowds out the memory of God’s faithfulness, and we start acting like people with no shepherd. But there is another fear, the fear of the Lord. This is not cowering in a corner before an angry tyrant. It is a reverent awe that says, “You are God and I am not. My life, my health, my provision are in Your hands, and I trust Your word.” That holy reverence is the starting point of wisdom when your own understanding has reached its end. It means hating evil, turning from frantic self-reliance, and choosing to plant your feet on the solid ground of who God is.

You are not asking amiss when you plead for healing. Jesus bore the full weight of human suffering, and He knows the groaning of a fearful heart. He healed multitudes of their diseases and cast out spirits with absolute authority, yet His deepest work is securing your peace with God through His own sacrifice. The same voice that calmed the sea is not silent now. When your eyes are fixed on Him, the fear of bad results meets the greater reality of His light and salvation. Then you can say with the psalmist, “Whom shall I fear?” not because every problem vanishes, but because the Lord is the strength of your life. He hides those who trust in Him.

Lay hold of this too: the family bond in Christ runs even deeper than blood. If you have come to Him for the forgiveness of sins, you are held in a grip that no earthly tie can break. While you rightly cry out for your brother and your household, remember you are already part of a vast family whose fellowship is sealed by the Spirit. You are not isolated. Bearing one another’s burdens is part of how the Lord answers these prayers, so do not let pride or fear seal your lips from asking for prayer from those who love Him alongside you.

Do not let the terror of financial lack push you into hasty or crooked decisions. The command is to honor the Lord with the firstfruits, trusting His provision. Be prudent. Work with wisdom. But refuse to let desperation drive you where your Good Shepherd is not leading. Satan often uses fear to provoke a reaction that faith would never choose. Remember your God. He did not despise the affliction of the afflicted, and He has not hidden His face from you now. Keep crying out. Keep placing your trust in Jesus Christ alone, who made the only provision for your sin and holds authority over every storm. He is your confidence, and He will keep your foot from being taken.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your family’s healing and good medical results. It has been our honor to lift your burdens before the Lord, asking Him to touch each of you with His healing power, to provide clarity and peace in your medical journey, and to surround you with His strength during this challenging time.

If the Lord has already moved in a mighty way—whether through healing, encouraging test results, or a provision of finances—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together and encourage others with the testimony of God’s faithfulness.

If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come or the struggle feels just as heavy, we want you to know we are still here. We invite you to post your request again so we can continue to stand with you in prayer, believing with you for breakthrough, comfort, and God’s perfect timing. You are not alone, and we refuse to grow weary in lifting you up before our Heavenly Father.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you, calm your fears, and remind you of His promise never to leave or forsake you. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
