We hear your deep distress and cry out to the Lord on your behalf, asking for His healing touch upon your mind and spirit. The pain, frustration, and fragmentation you describe are heavy burdens, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the God who sees your suffering and longs to restore you. You are not alone in this battle, Jesus is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

First, we must address your mention of seeking healing from "God and the universe." Scripture makes it clear that there is only one true God, the Creator of heaven and earth, and it is through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ, that we find salvation, healing, and hope. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). The universe is not a source of power or healing, it is the work of God’s hands, and all authority belongs to Him. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Christ, for He alone has the power to heal and restore.

Your struggle with delusions, hallucinations, and mental fragmentation is real, and we do not dismiss it. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell you healing is impossible or that you are beyond restoration. The same God who calmed the storm and cast out demons is able to bring peace to your mind. "He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We also encourage you to seek godly, professional help, whether through Christian counseling, psychiatric care, or support groups, as God often works through the wisdom and skills He has given to others.

Your fear of "shadow work" and your own mind is understandable, but we must caution against practices rooted in New Age or occult beliefs, which can open doors to spiritual deception. Instead, we urge you to fill your mind with God’s Word, which is "living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword" (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on Scripture, pray without ceasing, and surround yourself with believers who can speak truth into your life. The psalmist wrote, "When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I" (Psalm 61:2). That rock is Christ.

Your anxiety and hopelessness are not the end of your story. Jesus invites you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Even when you feel too fragmented to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). We declare over you that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray for you now:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their mind, heart, and spirit to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who restores and makes all things new. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mind, bring clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is turmoil, and truth where there are lies. Break the chains of fear and anxiety, Lord, and replace them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

We rebuke the enemy’s attacks and command every spirit of deception, fragmentation, and despair to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that this child of God is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have a purpose and a future for them (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Father, we ask that You surround them with Your presence, filling them with hope and the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them the courage to seek help and the wisdom to discern Your voice above all others. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."

You are not defined by your struggles. God sees you, loves you, and is fighting for you. Keep pressing into Him, even when it feels impossible. "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). We are standing with you in prayer and faith.
I have read your request and I will not trifle with you. You ask God and the universe to heal you. Put that word away. The universe has no ear, no covenant, no hands pierced for you. The living God, revealed in Jesus Christ, alone can speak to a raging mind and scatter the terror of the night. You say you fear your own mind, and you are right to turn from shadow work. Do not descend into your own darkness to find light. The heart is deceitful above all things, and a fragmented mind cannot mend itself. The light is outside you, in the face of Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd who says, I know My own, and My own know Me.

Let me pray for you.

O Lord Jesus, Thou good Shepherd, this afflicted one is known to Thee. Thou seest the delusions and the terrors, the rage and the fragmentation. We do not ask the universe. We ask Thee, the Maker of heaven and earth, who was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. Speak peace to this storm. Say to the raging thoughts, Peace, be still. Bind up the broken heart and gather the scattered mind as a shepherd gathers the lambs. Cast out the slavish fear that dishonors Thy goodness, and give in its place the loving fear of a child who dreads to grieve Thee but is not terrified to approach Thee. Where there is anxiety, give the rest that comes from hiding in Thee. Where there is rage, show Thy gentleness and make this soul willing to be made whole. Where there is no hope, Thyself be the hope of the helpless. Let not this one go down into the pit of shadow work, but lift the eyes to the cross. Grant wisdom to seek such means as Thou in providence dost provide, and grant healing through them if it be Thy will; but let the trust be fixed on Thee alone. O Lord, we know there is still healing for the bruised soul, for Thy word says, He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. Do it now, for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

Do not measure the possibility of your recovery by your present feelings. Your feelings are the waves; Christ is the rock. When the night comes and hope seems gone, do not trust the darkness. Trust the One who has promised, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. Take one hour at a time. Cry out, Lord, save me, when the thoughts multiply. Read the Gospels and hear Christ speak to the man with the unclean spirit, and see Him make him sit clothed and in his right mind. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If He does not remove the thorn at once, He will give grace sufficient for each hour. Seek the fellowship of the church, the counsel of a godly physician, and the plain reading of Scripture. The mind may be broken, but Christ is not broken. The thoughts may scatter, but the Shepherd gathers. Cast yourself upon Him and leave the issue with Him, for in Him is thy fruit found, and from Him alone comes every good and perfect gift.
Thank you for this beautiful prayer. I greatly appreciate the time and energy spent today on praying over my life. Thank you so much ! Peace be with you today!

Thank you for trusting us with something so hard. We are sorry the nights feel so crushing, and that your own mind has become a frightening place to be. That kind of daily battle can wear away hope, and we don’t want you to carry it by yourself.

One step we would gently encourage is to let a trusted doctor or mental health professional walk with you through the delusions and hallucinations. That is not a sign of weak faith; it is wise care for the mind and body God gave you. A psychiatrist or counselor can help sort out what feels fragmented and unmanageable, and you deserve that support. Alongside that, we hope you have at least one steady, mature believer who will pray with you and remind you of what is true when hope thins.

You do not have to fix everything at once. You do not have to be brave enough to face the whole of your inner world alone. For tonight, it is enough to bring it to Jesus and let Him hold what you cannot.

Lord Jesus, You see this person exactly where they are. You know the fear, the racing thoughts, and the exhaustion of fighting their own mind. Please quiet what is loud and frightening. Surround them with wise, safe help and people who will stay near. In the moments when hope disappears, hold onto them for them. Give them courage for the next small step, and steady ground beneath their feet. In Your name, amen.
Thank you for praying for me on a day where hope and faith can be restored in me. Thank for advising me to seek a wise council for my mental health. I have a therapist and psychiatrist who help me through these dark moments, but prayer is more powerful. I know God works through them, and I appreciate his love and support.

I appreciate all your love and support as well. Much Love!

Thank you for sharing so honestly about what you are carrying. What you describe sounds exhausting and frightening, to live daily with delusions and hallucinations, to feel fragmented and unable to focus, to move between anxiety and frustration and even rage, and to feel afraid of your own mind. It is understandable that you would feel hopeless on some nights, and I am grateful you reached out.

Please hear that God sees you in this struggle and has not abandoned you. He is not distant from your pain, and He does not want you to face it alone. Scripture tells us that God has given us not a spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind, and that when we bring our anxieties to Him, His peace which passes all understanding can guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. He is close to the brokenhearted and He hears those who cry out to Him.

You mentioned wanting God and the universe to heal these wounds. I want to gently point you to the true source of healing. Healing, hope, and peace do not come from the universe, but from God alone through Jesus Christ. He is the one who restores, who makes whole, and who promises to walk with us through darkness and to renew our minds. Practices like shadow work will not bring the healing your soul longs for, but turning to Christ, His Word, His presence, and the help of His people can.

I will pray for you now, and our church will continue to pray for you.

Father in heaven, I lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the weight of these delusions and hallucinations, the fragmentation, the anxiety, the difficulty concentrating, and the fear. Lord, have mercy and bring Your healing touch. Calm the troubled mind, quiet fear, and grant clarity, steadiness, and a sound mind. Lift the burden of anxiety and rage, and replace hopelessness with hope in You. Help this beloved child to know that change and healing are possible with You, even when it does not feel that way. Draw near, Lord, and let Your peace guard heart and mind. Lead to wise and caring help, to pastors, to trusted believers, and to qualified medical and counseling support, and give strength for each small step each day. Let Your Word be a light and Your presence a comfort in the night. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and healer, amen.

Please do not walk through this alone. Stay connected to a local church where you can be known and supported, spend time in Scripture and prayer even in short moments, and please reach out for professional care. A pastor, a biblical counselor, and a medical doctor or mental health professional can come alongside you and help you get the care you need. If you ever feel unsafe with your thoughts or feel you might act on rage or despair, please reach out right away to a trusted person near you, a pastor, a doctor, or a crisis helpline in your area. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

God can heal and He can sustain you even in this long struggle. Even when you cannot feel hope, He remains faithful. Keep bringing your heart to Him honestly, day by day. We are praying for your healing, for peace in your mind, for strength to focus on small things, and for renewed hope in Christ.

Thank you so much for this beautifully written prayer, I deeply appreciate you teaching me the word of God. Thank you for taking my mind and soul into your kind and loving open arms and praying for healing over my life. I love the part in the prayer about the unclean spirits because I feel like having a sickly mind is from them and caused by them. Thank you for praying that God cast them away for me. I have some hope now. Much love
