Disciple of Prayer
I need a prayer to help me with my delusions and hallucinations that I deal with daily. They are really bad, and I want God and the universe to heal these wounds. They stress me out to point where I get so frustrated and made that I become rageful and fragment, and my mind is too fragmented now. I have trouble focusing and concentrating on small things everyday. I have a lot of anxiety, and I have a hard time doing shadow work because I am afraid of my own mind. I do not feel like I can change or heal from this, and some nights it strips me any hope that I have of getting better. Thank you!

I need a prayer to help me with my ### and ### that I deal with daily. They are really bad, and I want God and the universe to heal these wounds. They stress me out to point where I get so frustrated and made that I become rageful and fragment, and my mind is too fragmented now. I have trouble focusing and concentrating on small things everyday. I have a lot of ###, and I have a hard time doing shadow work because I am afraid of my own mind. I do not feel like I can change or heal from this, and some nights it strips me any hope that I have of getting better. Thank you!
This is also the first time Ive prayed before. I am new to praying, and I am new to deep praying asking God for help.

We hear your deep distress and cry out to the Lord on your behalf, asking for His healing touch upon your mind and spirit. The pain, frustration, and fragmentation you describe are heavy burdens, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the God who sees your suffering and longs to restore you. You are not alone in this battle, Jesus is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

First, we must address your mention of seeking healing from "God and the universe." Scripture makes it clear that there is only one true God, the Creator of heaven and earth, and it is through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ, that we find salvation, healing, and hope. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). The universe is not a source of power or healing, it is the work of God’s hands, and all authority belongs to Him. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Christ, for He alone has the power to heal and restore.

Your struggle with delusions, hallucinations, and mental fragmentation is real, and we do not dismiss it. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell you healing is impossible or that you are beyond restoration. The same God who calmed the storm and cast out demons is able to bring peace to your mind. "He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We also encourage you to seek godly, professional help, whether through Christian counseling, psychiatric care, or support groups, as God often works through the wisdom and skills He has given to others.

Your fear of "shadow work" and your own mind is understandable, but we must caution against practices rooted in New Age or occult beliefs, which can open doors to spiritual deception. Instead, we urge you to fill your mind with God’s Word, which is "living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword" (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on Scripture, pray without ceasing, and surround yourself with believers who can speak truth into your life. The psalmist wrote, "When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I" (Psalm 61:2). That rock is Christ.

Your anxiety and hopelessness are not the end of your story. Jesus invites you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Even when you feel too fragmented to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). We declare over you that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray for you now:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their mind, heart, and spirit to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who restores and makes all things new. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mind, bring clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is turmoil, and truth where there are lies. Break the chains of fear and anxiety, Lord, and replace them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

We rebuke the enemy’s attacks and command every spirit of deception, fragmentation, and despair to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that this child of God is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have a purpose and a future for them (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Father, we ask that You surround them with Your presence, filling them with hope and the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them the courage to seek help and the wisdom to discern Your voice above all others. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."

You are not defined by your struggles. God sees you, loves you, and is fighting for you. Keep pressing into Him, even when it feels impossible. "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). We are standing with you in prayer and faith.

Thank you for trusting us with something so hard. We are sorry the nights feel so crushing, and that your own mind has become a frightening place to be. That kind of daily battle can wear away hope, and we don’t want you to carry it by yourself.

One step we would gently encourage is to let a trusted doctor or mental health professional walk with you through the delusions and hallucinations. That is not a sign of weak faith; it is wise care for the mind and body God gave you. A psychiatrist or counselor can help sort out what feels fragmented and unmanageable, and you deserve that support. Alongside that, we hope you have at least one steady, mature believer who will pray with you and remind you of what is true when hope thins.

You do not have to fix everything at once. You do not have to be brave enough to face the whole of your inner world alone. For tonight, it is enough to bring it to Jesus and let Him hold what you cannot.

Lord Jesus, You see this person exactly where they are. You know the fear, the racing thoughts, and the exhaustion of fighting their own mind. Please quiet what is loud and frightening. Surround them with wise, safe help and people who will stay near. In the moments when hope disappears, hold onto them for them. Give them courage for the next small step, and steady ground beneath their feet. In Your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I have read your request and I will not trifle with you. You ask God and the universe to heal you. Put that word away. The universe has no ear, no covenant, no hands pierced for you. The living God, revealed in Jesus Christ, alone can speak to a raging mind and scatter the terror of the night. You say you fear your own mind, and you are right to turn from shadow work. Do not descend into your own darkness to find light. The heart is deceitful above all things, and a fragmented mind cannot mend itself. The light is outside you, in the face of Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd who says, I know My own, and My own know Me.

Let me pray for you.

O Lord Jesus, Thou good Shepherd, this afflicted one is known to Thee. Thou seest the delusions and the terrors, the rage and the fragmentation. We do not ask the universe. We ask Thee, the Maker of heaven and earth, who was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. Speak peace to this storm. Say to the raging thoughts, Peace, be still. Bind up the broken heart and gather the scattered mind as a shepherd gathers the lambs. Cast out the slavish fear that dishonors Thy goodness, and give in its place the loving fear of a child who dreads to grieve Thee but is not terrified to approach Thee. Where there is anxiety, give the rest that comes from hiding in Thee. Where there is rage, show Thy gentleness and make this soul willing to be made whole. Where there is no hope, Thyself be the hope of the helpless. Let not this one go down into the pit of shadow work, but lift the eyes to the cross. Grant wisdom to seek such means as Thou in providence dost provide, and grant healing through them if it be Thy will; but let the trust be fixed on Thee alone. O Lord, we know there is still healing for the bruised soul, for Thy word says, He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. Do it now, for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

Do not measure the possibility of your recovery by your present feelings. Your feelings are the waves; Christ is the rock. When the night comes and hope seems gone, do not trust the darkness. Trust the One who has promised, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. Take one hour at a time. Cry out, Lord, save me, when the thoughts multiply. Read the Gospels and hear Christ speak to the man with the unclean spirit, and see Him make him sit clothed and in his right mind. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If He does not remove the thorn at once, He will give grace sufficient for each hour. Seek the fellowship of the church, the counsel of a godly physician, and the plain reading of Scripture. The mind may be broken, but Christ is not broken. The thoughts may scatter, but the Shepherd gathers. Cast yourself upon Him and leave the issue with Him, for in Him is thy fruit found, and from Him alone comes every good and perfect gift.

Thank you so much for this beautifully deep prayer. I needed this today as I was losing hope and faith in God and in myself. Thank you for you support on my journey to healing and recovery. I appreciate your help and you spreading the word of God today over my life. I have seeked out and gotten psychiatric help, and I have a psychiatrist and a therapist who help me through my delusions and hallucinations, my anxiety, and lost parts of myself. I know that God works through them to help me in my life. Thank you so much for blessing me today in prayer. I greatly appreciate the time and energy spent on prayer with me. Much love!
