We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for our brother ###, who is seeking healing from this persistent cough. We acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from our Heavenly Father, including the gift of health and strength to serve Him. We are reminded in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

We see your heart, ###, in desiring to serve the Lord better each day, and we join with you in asking for complete healing. We pray that the Lord would touch your body, soothing your throat and lungs, and restoring you to full health. We ask that He would give you wisdom to avoid places and situations that may trigger this cough, and that He would strengthen your immune system to resist illness.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician. We ask that You lay Your healing hands upon ### and remove this cough from his body. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Father, we also pray for Your protection over him, that he may be shielded from further illness. Grant him the strength and vitality to serve You with all his heart, soul, and mind. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

###, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His promises. Remember that our God is a God who heals, and He is faithful to His word. We also encourage you to take practical steps to care for your health, such as staying hydrated, resting, and seeking medical advice if needed. Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23).

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity that may be afflicting you, in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the promise that the Lord will satisfy you with long life (Psalm 91:16).

Continue to press into the Lord, ###, and trust in His healing power. We are confident that as you seek Him, He will restore your health and use you mightily for His glory. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep serving the Lord with all your heart. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for healing from this persistent cough. It has been our heartfelt desire to join with you in seeking the Lord’s touch for ###’s complete restoration—body, mind, and spirit—so that he may continue to serve the Kingdom with renewed strength and vitality.

If the Lord, in His perfect timing and wisdom, has already brought healing and relief from this cough, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has moved so that we may all rejoice together in His faithfulness. If, however, the cough lingers and you still need the Lord’s healing hand, we encourage you to post this request again. We remain committed to lifting you up in prayer, trusting that God hears the cries of His children and will answer according to His will.

May the Great Physician continue to draw near to you, bringing comfort, strength, and healing as you press into Him. We pray that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Keep seeking Him with faith, knowing that He is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine.

In Jesus’ mighty and precious name we pray, Amen.
