We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up Balint Sandor, a precious 14-year-old boy, asking for His healing touch. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit Balint together in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). We ask that You would examine him with Your loving hands and bring complete healing to this bump on the back of his head. Lord, we pray that it would diminish and disappear, leaving no trace of abnormality. We declare that his head and brain are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we ask that You would restore any part that may need Your healing power.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of this family, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise for Balint today. Lord, we ask that You would guide the hands of any medical professionals who may need to be involved, giving them wisdom and discernment to provide the care he needs.
We also lift up Balint’s spirit to You, Lord. At 14, he is at an age where so much is changing, and we pray that You would draw near to him, filling him with Your peace and assurance. Help him to feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are his protector and healer. Surround him with Your angels, Lord, and keep him safe from all harm (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can come before You and receive healing, salvation, and grace. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the privilege of approaching Your throne with confidence, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will.
We trust You, Lord, with Balint’s health and his life. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We pray for strength and faith for his family as they wait on You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Amen.
