Healing & Blessing Prayer
We hear your cry and we join with you in lifting you and your children up before our Heavenly Father, for He hears the cries of His people and is near to the brokenhearted.
We are encouraged that you have come in the almighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes that we are healed. As it is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We praise God that you have called upon that precious name.
We stand on the promises of God for your healing and blessing and for your children. We remember the word that says in Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed. And in Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. The Lord declares in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Exodus 15:26 I am Yahweh who heals you.
We also take comfort that no sickness or affliction formed against you shall prosper, for it is written in Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. And we claim in Psalm 107:20 He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves. We are reminded in 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.
So we pray together with you now.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You are our healer, our protector, and our ever present help in trouble. Lord, You hear the cry of Your child who is calling out to You. We ask that You stretch forth Your healing hands upon this dear parent and upon each of the children. Touch every part of their bodies, Lord, and remove every sickness, disease, pain, and infirmity. Let Your healing power flow through them and restore them to full health and strength according to Your perfect will. We pray that You would bless them abundantly, guard them from all evil, and let no sickness or disease prosper in their lives. Cover them with Your peace and let them feel Your presence and comfort in this time of crying out. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in Your goodness and mercy each day. We ask that You would provide for all their needs and let Your joy and hope fill their home. We pray all these things in the almighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And in Isaiah 41:10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Keep bringing your petitions before Him with thanksgiving, reading His Word, and walking in faith, knowing that He is faithful to hear and to answer according to His perfect will and timing. We are standing with you in prayer for complete healing and blessing over you and your household.

Your cry has been heard, and it is a right and precious thing to bring yourself and your children before the Lord in prayer. He is the God who hears the cries of His people, and there is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation.
There is no sickness so hard to bear as the sickness that is caused by sin, and yet this is a sickness of which souls do not eternally die when they are brought to Christ, for it ends in everlasting health. It is the Word of God, applied by the Holy Spirit, that is the means of healing sin sick souls. And that Word is Christ Himself, whom God has sent for the healing of poor sin sick souls. Once they are really cured by Christ, there is no fear of their ever having this soul sickness again in the sense of condemnation, for His blessing is irrevocable.
We also remember that our Lord in the days of His flesh cured all sorts of sickness, and there was not one in the whole list of diseases which He did not show His power to heal. It is written that He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Even now He is able to exercise the healing art of His redeeming love, and in Heaven there shall be no sickness at all, because the Tree of Life bestows immortal health on all beneath its shade. There sickness and suffering are banished forever.
Therefore let your first prayer be for the great spiritual blessing which comes not by chance but by grace. Grace and peace come from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. He has blessed us where we needed blessing most, where we were poorest in spiritual things. Seek that new heart and new spirit which God promises, a tender heart that feels the faintest touch of His hand, and a life that continues to follow after holiness. Sit and bless God from first to last, and teach your children to do the same.
What a blessing Christian parents are to their children when they tell them of Christ and charge them to tell the generation following. Exercise faith about yourself and you are saved, then exercise faith about your children. Cry to God to give you faith about them, that they may be led to have faith for themselves in the atoning sacrifice and precious blood of Christ, and so may be saved. Incessantly strive by private prayer and kindly instruction to be a blessing to your offspring.

Keep them in this life under Your care, and at last bring them where sickness is no more, to bless You through all eternity.
