We join you in prayer and thank God for your desire to seek Him with your whole heart and to be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. This is a godly and beautiful request that reflects the prayer of Solomon who asked the Lord for a wise and understanding heart to discern between good and evil, 1 Kings 3:9, and the Lord was pleased with that request. We pray that He will grant you the same.
We pray together for wisdom, for understanding, and for a heart that seeks the Lord diligently. The Scripture says, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We ask the Heavenly Father to pour out wisdom upon you liberally as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that you will seek Him with all your heart, for it is written, You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart, Jeremiah 29:13, and Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart, Psalm 119:2. We pray that you will continue to pour out your soul before Him, for God is a refuge for us and we are called to pour out our hearts before Him, Psalm 62:8, and that you will grow in the knowledge of His Word, for His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, Psalm 119:105, and we are told to meditate on it day and night, Joshua 1:8. We agree with you for the fulfillment of Proverbs 13:20, He who walks with wise men will be wise, and we pray the Lord will surround you with wise, godly counsel and fellowship that will sharpen you and help you walk in His ways, for as iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend, Proverbs 27:17. We also pray that you will be found faithful as a steward, for it is required of stewards that they be found faithful, 1 Corinthians 4:2, and He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much, Luke 16:10.
We also lift up your physical needs before our Healer, for we know that He is the Lord who heals us, Exodus 15:26, and who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, Psalm 103:2-3. We bring before the throne of grace your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, your eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, the subcutaneous ball on the abdomen, and your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We pray for complete and final healing in the holy name of Jesus Christ. We ask the Father to touch each of these areas, to remove pain, inflammation, and any abnormal growth, to restore function and wholeness, and to grant wisdom to any physicians who may be involved in your care. We pray as the apostle John prayed, Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers, 3 John 1:2, and we claim the promise that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:15.
Heavenly Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You for this dear one who desires to know You more and to steward well what You have given. Grant a wise and understanding heart, increase hunger for prayer and for Your Word, and cause Your Word to take deep root and bear fruit in this life. Lay Your healing hand upon the body, upon the teeth and eyes, upon the left leg, pelvis and thigh, upon the abdomen, stomach and intestines, and make whole what is afflicted. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified through restoration and through growing wisdom. We ask for peace, patience and faith while waiting upon Your answers, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You, Romans 8:28. We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
