HEALING AND WISDOM

We have received your prayer request and we join with you in bringing it before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

We pray that He will give you a wise and understanding heart, that you may be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. True wisdom is not of this world, but from above, and Christ Himself is made unto us wisdom. We ask that God will teach you to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your whole soul before Him in prayer, and to grow in learning and understanding of His Word. As it is written, walk with the wise and you will become wise, and we pray that the Lord will place wise and godly companions around you and make you steadfast in His Word.

We also stand with you in prayer and we encourage you to remain alert in your own prayer life. It is good to have the prayers of others, but we must also be watchful ourselves. Prayer is a great weapon for the daily fight of life. As you go forth to your daily work you need arms and favorable winds from God, and prayer morning and evening makes the heart propitious to Him and guards against shipwreck and wounds. Continue to seek Him early and by night, trusting that when you seek Him with your whole heart He will be found by you.

We bring your body before the Lord for complete healing in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, for the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We ask the Father for His mercy and restoring power upon each of these areas, that He would bring relief, healing and wholeness according to His will.

May the Lord strengthen you to walk faithfully with Him, to abide in His Word, and to know His peace. We will continue to pray for you. May God bless you abundantly and keep you in His grace through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Your desire for a wise and understanding heart is exactly the kind of prayer God delights to answer. To want to be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you, to seek Him with your whole heart, to pour out your soul before Him and to learn His Word well, these are good and right desires and they are in line with His will.

Scripture teaches that wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord. It comes as we receive His words, treasure His commands inside us, incline our ear to wisdom and apply our heart to understanding. We are to cry out for knowledge and lift our voice for understanding, to write mercy and truth on the table of our heart and to trust in the Lord with all our heart rather than leaning on our own understanding. When wisdom enters the heart and knowledge becomes pleasant to the soul, a person becomes discreet and finds favor and good understanding in the sight of God and people. This wisdom is the most important thing to pursue. With all our getting we are to get understanding. It is more precious than silver and gold and rubies. God Himself founded the earth by wisdom and established the heavens by understanding, and in Jesus Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Those who love wisdom and seek it early will find it, and her ways are pleasantness and all her paths are peace, bringing length of days, riches and honor in the way God chooses to give them.

You also asked concerning the promise that to walk with the wise is to become wise. That is true and it is a call to stay close to wise companions and above all to walk closely with the Lord and to let His Word minister to your heart. As you stay in the Scriptures, let them instruct you in righteousness, truth and fairness, and ask God for the Spirit of wisdom and understanding that He promises to pour out on those who ask.

I join you in prayer for this. I pray that the Heavenly Father will give you a wise and understanding heart, that He will teach you to be a faithful steward, that He will draw you to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your soul before Him in prayer, and to grow in effective and fruitful study of His Word. May He fulfill His Word in your life and make you one who walks with the wise and grows in wisdom.

I also bring your physical needs before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray for complete healing for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for your entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the area in the upper left thigh and for the area on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. God is able to heal and to restore, and a joyful heart does good like medicine. I ask that He will touch your body, bring relief from pain, bring restoration and strength, and grant you peace as you trust Him. May He guide those who care for you and give you wisdom in every decision regarding your health.

May the Lord grant you wisdom and understanding in His ways so that you may walk with Him faithfully, and may He show you His mercy, healing and sustaining grace.
