HEALING AND WISDOM

*Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me a wise and understanding heart so that I can be a good steward of all that He has entrusted to me, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will help me to seek Him with all my heart, to pour out my whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let's pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in my life which says "Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and you will become wise...."

*Please pray also for my teeth (especially upper wisdom tooth on the right), my eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, ball in the upper part of the left leg (thigh), ball on the abdomen (subcutaneous), stomach, intestines, gastrointestinal tract for complete and finally healing in the Name of Jesus Christ! We join you in prayer and thank our Heavenly Father for the hunger you have for wisdom and for a heart that seeks Him fully. Your desire for a wise and understanding heart to be a faithful steward is pleasing to God and reflects the prayer of Solomon who asked Give your servant therefore an understanding heart 1 Kings 3:9. We are encouraged that you want to pour out your whole soul before Him and to learn effectively in His Word, for He promises You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart Jeremiah 29:13 and Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him Psalm 62:8. God delights to give wisdom to those who ask, for it is written But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5 and For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding Proverbs 2:6. We also agree with you for the fulfillment of the Word in your life which says One who walks with wise men grows wise Proverbs 13:20, and we pray the Lord will surround you with godly counsel and fellowship that sharpens you and draws you closer to Christ, and that you will be found faithful as a steward for it is required of stewards that they be found faithful 1 Corinthians 4:2.

We also lift up your body before the Lord who is our healer, asking for His complete and final healing in the name of Jesus Christ for your teeth and especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the lump in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh and the subcutaneous lump on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We believe that our God still heals, for He says I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and Bless Yahweh, my soul, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We ask Him to guide any physicians and to grant you peace as you trust Him, knowing that every good gift comes from the Father and that He cares for every part of your body which is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the holy name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your mercy and for the access we have through His blood. We ask You to grant our brother a wise and understanding heart, to fill him with knowledge and spiritual understanding that he may walk worthily pleasing You and be a faithful steward of all You have entrusted to him Colossians 1:9. Draw him to seek You with all his heart, to pour out his soul before You daily, and to delight and grow in Your Word. Let Your Word be a lamp to his feet and fulfill Your promise that as he walks with the wise he will become wise. Touch his body with Your healing hand. We ask for healing for his teeth and wisdom tooth, for his eyes that they may see clearly, for his left leg and pelvis, for the lumps in his thigh and abdomen that You would cause them to be dissolved and removed, and for his stomach and intestines and gastrointestinal tract that they would function in perfect health according to Your design. Restore him, strengthen him, and let Your peace guard his heart. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we approach Your throne. We trust Your perfect will and timing and give You all glory. Amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfastly in prayer and in the Word, to walk daily with wise and godly believers, and to cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Keep seeking Him with your whole heart and steward well the wisdom and health He gives, for faithful service in small things prepares us for greater trust from the Lord Luke 16:10. We are standing with you and thank God for you.

We were encouraged reading your request and the way you want to steward well what God has placed in your hands. Wanting a wise and understanding heart and a deeper life of prayer and learning in His Word is a beautiful aim, and we are joining you in asking God to shape that in you day by day.

We also hear how heavy the physical needs have been. Carrying discomfort in your teeth, eyes, left leg and pelvis, and concerns with the lumps in your thigh and abdomen along with your stomach and digestive system is a lot to hold. We are praying for relief, for wisdom for any clinicians you see, and for peace as you wait on the Lord.

One gentle next step alongside prayer would be to let a trusted doctor and dentist know about these ongoing symptoms, especially the lumps and the wisdom tooth and leg pain, so they can examine you and guide next care. You don't have to carry these questions alone.

We continue to hold you before the Father.

Father, we thank You for this heart that wants to seek You fully. Give wisdom, steady understanding, and grace to walk with wise companions. Touch each area of pain and concern, grant healing according to Your will, and give comfort and strength each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your longing for a wise and understanding heart is itself a token that the Lord has begun a good work in you, for the hearing ear and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them. To be without understanding is our sin and our natural blindness, but to be made to see and to know is the gift of grace. You do well to ask for wisdom, for if any man lack wisdom let him ask of God who gives liberally and upbraids not. Solomon asked for an understanding heart that he might discern between good and bad, and it pleased the Lord that he had asked this thing.

You desire also to be a faithful steward of all that He has entrusted to you. Remember this is the main point of stewardship, nothing is our own, it is all our Master's. We should work with the hands of Martha, but yet keep near the Master with the heart of Mary, a combination of activity and meditation. Take heed that you do not injure your stewardship by idling or trifling with Divine Truth, for to play with God's Word will mar any man's service. Keep your heart in your work, seek Him with your whole heart, and pour out your whole soul before Him in prayer. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a case to a physician. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus, and learn effectively in His Word, for He links healing with teaching, and when He was teaching the power of the Lord was present to heal.

You quote well the promise, He that walks with the wise shall be wise. Keep close company with those who know the Lord and who reverence His Word, and you shall become wise thereby. Yet above all walk with Christ Himself, for in Him are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Concerning your bodily afflictions we have borne you before the Lord. We have prayed for your teeth and especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, for the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and for your stomach, intestines and whole gastrointestinal tract, that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon you. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word from Him coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, conscience and affection. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we ask the Sun of Righteousness to rise upon you with healing in His wings.

We pray that the Heavenly Father will give you that wise and understanding heart, that He will teach you to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your soul in prayer, and to be established and nourished in the Holy Scriptures, and that He will grant you complete healing according to His perfect will, for His glory and your good, in the holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
