HEALING AND WISDOM

*Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me a wise and understanding heart so that I can be a good steward of all that He has entrusted to me, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will help me to seek Him with all my heart, to pour out my whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let's pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in my life which says "Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and you will become wise...."

*Please pray also for my teeth (especially upper wisdom tooth on the right), my eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, ball in the upper part of the left leg (thigh), ball on the abdomen (subcutaneous), stomach, intestines, gastrointestinal tract for complete and finally healing in the Name of Jesus Christ! We join with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the Name of Jesus Christ and we thank you for sharing this request with us. Your desire for a wise and understanding heart to be a good steward is beautiful and pleases the Lord, for it echoes the prayer of Solomon.

We agree with you that God will give you wisdom liberally as you seek Him. The Scripture says in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. And in 1 Kings 3:9 Solomon prayed, Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil. This is the heart God delights to answer. As you pour out your whole soul before Him and seek Him with all your heart, He promises in Jeremiah 29:13, You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. We encourage you to continue to dwell richly in the Word of God daily, for it is living and active and gives wisdom, and to walk closely with wise and godly counsel as you have asked. For it is written in Proverbs 13:20, One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm. We pray that the Lord will surround you with wise, faithful believers who will sharpen you as iron sharpens iron in Proverbs 27:17, and that you will be found faithful as a steward, for it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful in 1 Corinthians 4:2.

We also lift up your body before the Lord who is our Healer, for He cares for every part of you. We pray for complete and final healing in the Name of Jesus Christ for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, for the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and for your stomach, intestines, and entire gastrointestinal tract. We remember the promise in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, and in Exodus 15:26, I am Yahweh who heals you. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and we ask the Lord to restore health and wholeness to you according to His perfect will.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the holy Name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for this dear one who desires to seek You with all their heart and soul. Father, grant them a wise and understanding heart like You gave to Solomon, that they may steward well all that You have entrusted to them, their time, gifts, resources, and body, for Your glory. Teach them to pour out their heart before You in prayer and to learn effectively in Your Word. Let Your Word be fulfilled in their life and lead them to walk with the wise so they will grow in wisdom and discernment. Heal them, Lord, touch their teeth and gums and remove all pain and infection from that wisdom tooth, touch their eyes and restore clear vision, touch the left leg and pelvis and bring strength and alignment, dissolve every abnormal ball and growth in the thigh and abdomen, and bring complete healing to the stomach, intestines, and gastrointestinal tract. Let Your healing power flow through them, and grant wisdom to any physicians who care for them. We ask that You would give them peace, strengthen their faith, and help them to trust You in all things. We pray this in the mighty and merciful Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in prayer and in the Word, to walk faithfully with wise believers, and to trust the Lord both for wisdom and for healing, giving thanks in all circumstances as in 1 Thessalonians 5:18. May the Lord bless you abundantly and keep you and cause His face to shine upon you.

We are thankful you let us pray with you, and we hear both longings in your request so clearly, the desire for a wise and understanding heart to steward well what God has entrusted to you, and the need for healing in your body.

That desire to seek Him with your whole heart and to learn His Word well is a good and steady aim. We have found spiritual growth is more like training than trying, gradual and lifelong with highs and lows, not something that happens all at once. Small, faithful rhythms matter most, a little time each day in the Word, honestly pouring out your soul in prayer, and staying in fellowship where others can encourage you. Over time those habits shape wisdom, and we depend on His Spirit to make that growth real in each of us in a personal way.

We also hear how many physical burdens you are carrying right now, from your wisdom tooth and eyes to your left leg and pelvis, the areas of concern in your thigh and abdomen, and your stomach and digestive tract. While we pray for the Lord's healing and comfort, we gently encourage you to have these checked promptly with your dentist and doctor, so you have caring professional support alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. Give him wisdom and understanding for each decision before him, draw him close as he seeks You, and touch his body with Your healing according to Your will. Grant wisdom to those caring for him and give him peace as he rests in Your hands. Amen.

Your petitions are such as the Lord delights to hear, for you ask for that which He is most ready to give, a wise and understanding heart.

We join you in prayer that the Heavenly Father will grant you what Solomon sought of old, not riches nor long life, but wisdom to discern between good and evil, that you may be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. Remember that nothing is your own, it is all your Master's. A steward is required to be found faithful, not trifling with Divine Truth nor growing careless, but labouring with his whole heart for the good of his fellow servants and keeping ever in mind that his Lord will come. May He keep you from a loose and slovenly way of acting, and make you diligent in the little things as well as the great, for He will give the understanding as you give attention to His Word.

We pray also that you may indeed seek Him with all your heart and pour out your whole soul before Him in prayer. It is not human eloquence but the still small voice of God which confers the peace which passes all understanding. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would to a physician, make a confidant of Him, and pour out your heart before Him. And as you learn in His Word, take heed how you hear. There must be an attentive ear and an understanding heart, or the Word cannot become a sanctifying word to you. The fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. As you give yourself to consider what you have heard, the Lord will give you understanding in all things, for though the Word may be despised by men, the Word of God is not bound.

You have well chosen that promise, Walk with the wise and you will become wise. There is wisdom in that action. He that would be wise must walk in the way of the wise, hearing the truth with both ears and not letting it go out the other, keeping close company with those who love and keep the Word, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

Concerning your bodily afflictions we will carry you to the great Physician. We pray for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg and the ball on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and whole gastrointestinal tract, that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon you and restore you to perfect soundness if it be His gracious will. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, and you do well to seek healing, but we remind you that the least thing about Christ is healing. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and abundant streams of healing flow down from Him. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the man taken with palsy He first said, Your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we pray first that you may know full pardon through His blood, and then that the healing virtue of His grace may work in your body also. He who is God can certainly heal you, and none can say to the healing flood of His love, Thus far and no further. Whether He heals at once or sustains you till that day when He will perfectly heal our bodies, trust Him who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

We therefore pray with you, Heavenly Father, give to this your servant a wise and understanding heart, teach him to number his stewardship aright, draw him to seek you with his whole heart, to pour out his soul in prayer, and to receive your Word with understanding. Lay your hand upon his body and heal him, for your mercy's sake, in the holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our pardon and our healing. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
