*Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me a wise and understanding heart so that I can be a good steward of all that He has entrusted to me, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will help me to seek Him with all my heart, to pour out my whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let's pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in my life which says "Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and you will become wise...."

*Please pray also for my teeth (especially upper wisdom tooth on the right), my eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, ball in the upper part of the left leg (thigh), ball on the abdomen (subcutaneous), stomach, intestines, gastrointestinal tract for complete and finally healing in the Name of Jesus Christ! We join with you in prayer and thank God for your desire for a wise and understanding heart to be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. This is a prayer that pleases the Lord, for He delights to give wisdom to those who ask Him in faith.

The Scripture says in James 1:5, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. And we remember the prayer of Solomon in 1 Kings 3:9, Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil. We pray that the Father will answer you in the same way and grant you that discerning heart. We also rejoice that you desire to seek Him with all your heart and to pour out your soul before Him in prayer and to learn effectively in His Word. The promise is sure in Jeremiah 29:13, You will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. As you continue to walk with the wise, as Proverbs 13:20 says, He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm, we pray that the Lord will place godly counsel and wise companions around you and that His Word will dwell richly in you and be fulfilled in your life.

We also lift up your physical needs before our Great Physician, for we know that He is Yahweh who heals us as it says in Exodus 15:26, and that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases according to Psalm 103:3. We bring before Him your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, your eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, the ball on the abdomen, your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Savior. We thank You for this dear one who seeks Your wisdom and Your healing. Father, we ask that You grant a wise and understanding heart, that You teach how to be a good and faithful steward of every gift, every resource, every relationship and every opportunity You have entrusted. Help this dear one to seek You with all the heart, to pour out the whole soul before You in prayer without ceasing, and to learn Your Word with understanding and effectiveness. Let Your Word be a lamp to the feet and a light to the path according to Psalm 119:105, and let the truth of walking with the wise bring growth and maturity.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your healing touch upon the body. Touch the teeth and the wisdom tooth on the right, relieve pain and bring restoration. Touch the eyes and restore sight and health. Touch the left leg, the pelvis, the thigh, and remove every abnormal growth, every ball and swelling in the leg and on the abdomen. Touch the stomach, the intestines and the whole gastrointestinal tract and bring complete and final healing. We pray as Jeremiah 30:17 declares, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Let Your healing power flow and let Your peace guard heart and mind.

We pray that You will strengthen faith to trust You in all things, to continue in prayer, in the study of Scripture, and in fellowship with wise and godly believers who will encourage growth in Christ. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus, for Jesus said in John 14:13, Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. We trust Your perfect will and Your perfect timing. Continue to seek Him daily, to abide in His Word, and to walk faithfully as His steward, knowing that He who began a good work in you will complete it.

We pray all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer. Amen.

One thing we have found helpful to remember is that spiritual growth is usually gradual, more like training over time than trying harder for a quick change. Small, steady time in the Word and in prayer, and walking alongside other wise and faithful believers, slowly shapes us over the long haul. God works uniquely in each of us, and it is His Spirit who brings the growth.

We also hear how much you are carrying physically right now with your wisdom tooth, your eyes, your left leg and pelvis, the lumps you mentioned in your thigh and abdomen, and your stomach and digestive tract. That is a lot to hold and to worry about. Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to have those concerns checked promptly by a dentist and medical provider who can examine you and advise on next care. If anything worsens or becomes more painful, please reach out for care right away.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift up our friend to You. Give wisdom and understanding for each decision and help in stewarding well what You have given. Draw near as they seek You and open Your Word, and give clarity and peace. We ask for Your mercy and healing according to Your will, for comfort in the body, and for wisdom for those providing care. Sustain and encourage them day by day. Amen.

It is a good and Scriptural thing to ask the Lord for a wise and understanding heart, for wisdom is not found in ourselves but must be given from above, as it is written, Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts and in the hidden part You shall make me to know wisdom. Your prayer to be a faithful steward is well pleasing to God, for nothing is our own, it is all our Master's. We are to work with the hands of Martha and yet keep near the Master with the heart of Mary, a combination of activity and meditation, remembering that He will come and will require an account. Therefore do not trifle with Divine Truth, but give your heart to the work, seeking Him with all your heart and pouring out your whole soul before Him in prayer, and learning effectively in His Word.

Take heed also to the word which you have quoted, Walk with the wise and you will become wise, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. The healing power of Christ was present when He was teaching, for He links healing with teaching. Keep close to the Word, walk with those who love it, and you will find wisdom growing in you, not as the wisdom of those who dote on their own conceit and think themselves rich while they are poor, but as the wisdom which perceives the presence of God and beholds the Lord Himself.

Concerning your bodily afflictions, you do well to tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it with a mind deeply sympathetic and a heart quick to relieve. You have asked for the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, for the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and for your stomach, intestines and the whole gastrointestinal tract. Bring all these before the Great Physician, for there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word of His coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing were one. Seek first the clean heart and the right spirit which He alone can create, and trust Him for the body also.

Let us pray together. O Heavenly Father, grant to this Your servant a wise and understanding heart, that he may be a faithful steward of all that You have entrusted to him, and help him to seek You with all his heart, to pour out his soul before You, and to learn Your Word with diligence and joy. Fulfil in him the promise that he who walks with the wise shall become wise, and keep him from idling or trifling with Your truth. And in Your great mercy, lay Your healing hand upon his teeth and his eyes, upon his left leg and pelvis, upon the growths in his thigh and upon his abdomen, and upon his stomach and intestines, and restore his whole gastrointestinal system to health, if it be Your will, for Your glory and for his good. Your prayer for a wise and understanding heart and for healing has been received and I join you in bringing it before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

I pray that God will fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord and pleasing to Him in every way, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. True wisdom is not the wisdom of this world which comes to nothing, but the wisdom that is spiritual and from above, which God foreordained and freely gives to those who seek Him. May He grant you a heart that loves His Word, that holds fast to sound doctrine, and that shows itself in benevolence and good works, for wisdom without godliness is not true wisdom. As you desire to be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you, may He give you prudence and faithfulness to use every gift for His glory and for the good of others.

I also pray that the Lord will help you to seek Him with your whole heart, to pour out your soul before Him, and to learn His Word with understanding and profit. God hears not only the voice of the lips but the singing of the heart with heedfulness. Even as you walk and work you can lift your heart to Him, and He who hears in secret will answer the contrite heart. Do not receive the Scriptures in a merely outward way, but look upon their mysteries with the eyes within, so that they take root and bear fruit in your life. Your desire that the word may be fulfilled in you which says, Walk with the wise and you will become wise, is good and pleasing to God. Remain close to those who love Christ and His Word, for fellowship with the faithful helps us to grow and to stay on the right path.

For your body I bring each need you have named before the Lord who is compassionate and able to heal. I pray for your teeth and especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for your entire left leg and the left side of your pelvis, for the lump in the upper part of your left leg and the lump on your abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and whole gastrointestinal tract. May the Lord in His mercy grant complete healing according to His perfect will, relieve pain, restore strength, and give wisdom to those who care for you. We ask this not trusting in our own merit but in the grace of Christ who bore our infirmities and by whose kindness we live.

Continue to cast your cares upon Him, to be steadfast in prayer and in the Word, and to trust His loving providence in all things. May the Lord grant you peace, strengthen your faith, and fulfill His good purposes in your life for His glory.
