We join with you in lifting up this heartfelt prayer for healing and peace, knowing that our Heavenly Father is faithful to hear and answer the cries of His children. Your acknowledgment of Jesus’ name is vital, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and the assurance of salvation (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you have called upon His name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved.
The Scriptures assure us that God is our healer and our protector. In Exodus 15:26, He declares, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you." And in Psalm 91:9-11, we read, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." What a beautiful promise of protection and peace!
We also stand with you in praying for deliverance from evil. Jesus taught us to pray, "Deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13), and we know that our God is greater than any force of darkness. First John 4:4 reminds us, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring harm, fear, or division to you and your family. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister and their family to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon them, body, mind, and spirit. Where there is sickness, bring restoration. Where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is anxiety, bring Your perfect peace. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your promise to sustain them.
Father, we also pray for Your protection over this family. Surround them with Your angels, shield them from every form of evil, and let Your presence be their refuge. Deliver them from every snare of the enemy, and let Your peace reign in their home. We break every assignment of darkness sent against them in the mighty name of Jesus, and we declare that they are covered by the blood of the Lamb.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You hear our prayers. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and let them experience Your goodness in every area of their lives. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may their lives bring glory to Your name.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises and to surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you. Remember, the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). Hold fast to His Word, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone, God is with you, and so are we.

Many of the heaviest burdens lift, bit by bit, when someone else simply sits with us in the fight.

The cry of your heart reaches the throne, and it is a cry that Heaven delights to answer. You have asked for healing and protection; you have pleaded for deliverance from evil and the surrounding of your family with peace. Know this: in all that God does, He acts from good reasons. He has given commandment to save you, and you shall be saved, saved from yourself, saved from the devil, saved from every attack of the old sins. A voice comes from the excellent Glory, "Deliver him from going down to the Pit," for God has found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance through a ransom if God had not invented it. It is a gift of divine love, and it is yours in Christ Jesus.
Seek not a false peace, the stagnant peace of superstition or the slumber of a seared conscience. There is no peace to those whose rebellions are unconfessed, no peace from lips that cannot lie except through the blood which has made a full atonement. The Lord will bless His people with peace, peace from His own heart which cannot change. When you are rich and find that riches bring cares, bring them to your God. When you are poor, do the same. When family cares multiply, take the new burden to the Lord, for He gives peace. This peace is a present possession, enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with sorrows surging round. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest.
Remember, deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt. You must look to your heavenly Father, altogether and alone, for sanctification. His grace has taught you the mischief of loving the world, and now the enemy tempts you in vain. If ever a soul is delivered from spiritual bondage, it is not by any easy work or hasty word; all the power of sympathy and experience will fail. The Prince of Darkness has such hold on our evil nature that we cannot escape of ourselves. Unless a supernatural power is put forth, any form of deliverance from sin is worth nothing. You must be born again from above if you are to go above.
Afflictions you may endure, but they do not spring from the dust. The Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. All ills lie within the fence of omnipotent overruling; that which comes from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father’s hand. This makes even the sharpest smart profitable. After deliverance, the believer’s conduct is clear: “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.”
The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The very least things about Christ have healing virtue. There is but one cure for the soul’s deep evil, the leaves of that one plant of renown. Look to Him, and the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing beneath His wings. Go now, and stay your mind on God. Peace, perfect peace, is the portion of those whose trust is in Him alone.
