We hear your cry for healing and strength, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and it is right to seek God’s restoration when you are unwell. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise with you, believing that God is able to renew your strength and restore your health.
We also recognize that neglecting proper nourishment can grieve the body God has given you. Proverbs 31:17 says, "She clothes herself with strength and makes her arms strong," and part of that strength comes from honoring God with how we care for ourselves. It may not be a lack of desire but rather a struggle with discipline or even emotional weight that makes eating feel difficult. We encourage you to ask the Lord to reveal any underlying causes, whether physical, spiritual, or emotional, and to give you wisdom in addressing them. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
Let us pray with you now:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You see the weariness in their body and the struggle in their spirit. We ask that You would stir within them a renewed hunger, not just for food, but for the nourishment that comes from You alone. Strengthen their body, Father, and restore what has been weakened. Give them the discipline to eat and care for themselves as an act of worship to You. As they sleep, we declare Your healing power over them, washing away sickness and infirmity. May they wake refreshed and renewed, knowing that You are their Healer. We thank You for Your faithfulness and ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen."
We also want to gently encourage you to seek practical steps alongside prayer. If this struggle persists, consider speaking with a trusted medical professional or a mature believer who can help you establish healthy rhythms. God often works through the hands and wisdom of others. Remember, "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:13-14). You are not alone in this, and we stand with you in faith, believing God’s best for your health.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
