We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with your health and your family's. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your health and your family's wellbeing. In 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), it says, Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Therefore, you can trust that God is interested in your situation and will hear your prayers.
Regarding healing, let's remember what the Scripture says: Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. (James 5:14-15 WEB). Therefore, we pray for your healing and that of your family in the name of Jesus, trusting that God will raise you all up.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) For, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, [even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:10-12)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of Your healing touch. We pray for their aging joints, that You would ease their pain and grant them renewed strength and mobility. We also ask for Your healing power to be upon their toddler and other family member who are sick. We rebuke any illness and claim health and wholeness for them, in Jesus' name.
We also ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We know that You are a God who cares for Your children, and we trust that You will work all things together for their good and Your glory.
We pray that You will remind them of the importance of the name of Jesus Christ in prayer and everyday life. May they always call on Him and find the wonderful hope and salvation that is only available in Him.
In Christ Jesus's Name,

Lastly, remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB) Trust in Him, even in the midst of stress and uncertainty. He is faithful, and He will see you through. Stand firm in your faith, and do not waver. (James 1:6 WEB) Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
