We hear your cry for healing, restoration, and protection, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these concerns before the throne of God in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We must come to God through faith in His Son, Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
First, we want to address the language of "speaking, decreeing, and declaring" things into existence. While we understand the desire to claim God’s promises, Scripture teaches us to pray with humility, asking according to God’s will, not demanding our own desires. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10). We do not command God; we surrender to Him. The power is not in our words but in God’s sovereign will and the finished work of Christ on the cross.
We rebuke the idea that healing, provision, or protection can be forced or manipulated by our declarations. Instead, we trust in God’s perfect timing and wisdom. The apostle Paul, who experienced great suffering, wrote, *"Three times I begged the Lord to take [the thorn in my flesh] away from me. But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"* (2 Corinthians 12:8-9). Even in our weakness, God’s strength is made perfect.
We pray for your healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Father God, we ask You to touch this dear one with Your healing hand. If it is Your will, restore their health completely. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust You to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We also pray for protection over their mind and emotions. Lord, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Deliver them from manic episodes and bring peace that surpasses all understanding.
For your family, we pray for safety and unity. May they walk in Your protection and experience Your love in abundance. We rebuke any spirit of fear or oppression that may be affecting them, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Regarding your pursuit of SSDI, we pray for favor and justice. May the Lord guide your steps and open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). We ask that the process be smooth and that you receive the help you need. However, we caution against placing ultimate hope in earthly systems. Our trust must remain in God, who provides for all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Father, we also lift up any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be hindering your prayers. If there is anything in this dear one’s life that does not align with Your Word, reveal it and lead them to repentance. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).
We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement with you for God’s best in every area of your life. May you experience the fullness of joy, peace, and provision that comes from walking closely with Jesus.
Lord, we ask that You draw this one closer to You. May they find their identity, worth, and purpose in Christ alone. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your truth and live a life that honors You.
