We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up your mother’s physical suffering. The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We stand on this promise, believing that God hears our cries and is able to bring healing and restoration.
Father God, we ask You to touch this dear mother with Your healing hand. You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her body and knows every part of her. We rebuke any sickness, disorder, or infirmity in her digestive system. We declare in the name of Jesus that her body would function as You designed it to, with health, strength, and wholeness. Lord, we ask for Your peace to surround her, for Your comfort to fill her, and for Your healing power to flow through her. May she experience Your mercy and grace in this time of need.
We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, as God often works through the hands of doctors and the means He provides. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Continue to bring this burden before the Lord in prayer, trusting in His perfect will.
If there are any unconfessed sins or areas of her life that need to be surrendered to God, we gently encourage repentance and turning to Him. Psalm 38:18 says, "For I will declare my iniquity. I will be sorry for my sin." Healing, both physical and spiritual, comes from walking in alignment with God’s will.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and receive healing and salvation. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that Your power is at work in this situation, Lord, and we trust You for a miracle. Amen.
