Your honest cry for mercy is heard by the Lord, and we are joining you in prayer through Jesus Christ, in whom alone we find salvation and access to God.
You asked for guidance, wisdom and peace at work, and for discernment and deliverance in relationships. Scripture presents wisdom as the most important thing to seek, more valuable than riches or knowledge alone. Knowledge gives facts, but wisdom is the right application of knowledge in daily life. It begins with the fear of the Lord, with reverence for Him and submission to His ways, and it is found in Christ, in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.
The Bible describes two kinds of wisdom. One is earthly, driven by self and sensual desires, and it leads to envy, strife and confusion. The other is from above. It is pure, peaceable, gentle and willing to yield, and it produces purity and peace in the life of the one who walks in it. That heavenly wisdom does not boast, but it quietly preserves and keeps the person who loves it, gives life to those who have it, and serves as a defense in difficult places. It calls out openly to everyone, inviting all to come and receive, like a banquet that has been prepared.
Like Solomon, who pleased God by asking for wisdom to fulfill his responsibilities rather than asking for wealth or honor, you can ask God for wisdom for your work. He gives generously to those who ask in faith. At work this means asking Him for understanding to make sound decisions, for prudence in your words and actions, and for a heart that seeks to sow peace so that you may reap righteousness. Godly wisdom will help you distinguish what is true and good from what only appears wise by the world's standards, which comes to nothing.
In relationships, true wisdom brings discernment and a desire for what is pure and pleasing to God. We are praying that God will give you clear eyes to see each relationship as He sees it, courage to turn from anything that does not honor Him, and deliverance from entanglements that would draw you away from His design. His design for intimacy and lifelong commitment is a covenant of one man and one woman in marriage, and all our relationships are to reflect His holiness and love. May He lead you into relationships that build you up in faith and draw you closer to Christ, and give you strength to step away from what would harm your walk with Him.

Grant guidance and quiet peace at work today, steady the heart with Your presence, and provide discernment to choose what is right.
