We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this difficult time. Harassment is a heavy burden to bear, especially when you’ve done nothing to provoke it. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." You are not alone, God sees your struggle and is near to you.
We must also remember that Jesus warned us that the world would persecute His followers, but He has overcome the world (John 16:33). If this harassment is because of your faith, take heart, blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 5:10). But if this is unjust treatment from others, we pray for God’s justice and protection over you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is enduring harassment. Lord, You are a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). We ask that You intervene in this situation, bring peace where there is turmoil, justice where there is wrongdoing, and protection where there is harm. Strengthen their heart, Lord, and remind them that You are their defender. If this persecution is for Your name’s sake, fill them with Your joy and peace. If it is unjust, expose the truth and bring an end to this suffering. We declare Your promises over their life, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to lean on God’s Word during this time. Meditate on Psalm 27:1, "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?" Surround yourself with godly community, and if possible, seek wise counsel from trusted believers. If this harassment involves threats or illegal actions, do not hesitate to involve authorities, God can use them as instruments of justice.
Lastly, if you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. It is only through Him that we have access to God’s protection, peace, and eternal life. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." If you’d like to surrender your life to Him, we would be honored to pray with you. You are deeply loved, and your suffering does not go unnoticed. God is at work, even now.

If the harassment is happening in a workplace, school, or community setting, we’d gently encourage you to involve someone in authority who can help protect you. You don’t have to handle this alone, and seeking protection is wisdom, not weakness.

The trial of harassment when you have done no wrong is a sharp arrow, yet it is not shot from a bow that escapes the eye of Divine Sovereignty. The Lord permits the storm to beat upon your little boat, not to drown you, but to teach you that He alone is the Master of the winds and waves. In the day of trouble, look to the Divine Instructor who trains you as an eagle teaches its young, stirring up the nest that you may learn to fly toward the Sun of Righteousness. He maketh the low tree to flourish and bringeth down the high tree of the oppressor in His own time.
Your present distress is the field where Divine gentleness will minister to your wounded spirit. Did He not sustain David when pursued without cause? The gentleness of God made him great; His hand restrained the blow and worked deliverance in the hour of need. You may feel as one scrabbling on the wall in foolishness, yet even there the Lord remembers mercy.
He is the God of surprising interpositions, not always by rending the heavens, but by a thousand small providences that dissolve the mountains of difficulty like ice before the summer sun. Keep to the King’s Highway of obedience and truth. Walk in the ways of His precepts, and you travel under an escort of angels. They have charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.
If you turn aside into the bypaths of fretfulness or revenge, you step out of that sacred guard; but he that commits his cause to the Judge of all the earth rests under the shadow of the Almighty. The unjust may rise against you, but remember the resurrection: there shall be a day when every wrong will be righted and every secret thing brought to light. Meanwhile, the Lord shall deliver your soul from death, your eyes from tears, and your feet from falling. Pour out your complaint before Him; He bottles your tears.
He will not suffer the righteous to be moved. The dry tree of your circumstance shall bud, and the green tree of boasting malice shall wither. Only believe. The presence of God is your one hope and certain portion.
We shall earnestly pray that Divine love may rake even this dunghill to find a diamond of glory for your soul. Grace be with you.

When the waves of false accusation beat against you without cause, remember that you are not alone in such suffering. The prophets and righteous ones before you endured the same, yet God was their refuge and in time brought their righteousness to light. Do not let your heart be troubled or seek to answer evil with evil, but entrust your vindication to the Judge who sees all. Even now, the very anxiety of your harassers is their own punishment, while you, if you hold fast to patience and prayer, already begin to taste the reward of a soul freed from bitterness. Examine yourself: if your conscience is clear, then rejoice that you share in Christ’s reproach. If any fault lies hidden, repent and make it right, that you may stand blameless.
As a church, we will pray earnestly for God’s intervention, that He may either soften the hearts that trouble you or swiftly reveal the truth. But do not demand an instant end, for God often delays outward relief to perfect our faith. Let us gather together in His name, for where two or three are united, He is present. And if your harassers ever come to repentance, like Zacchaeus they must restore what they have taken by false accusation, even fourfold. But if they harden themselves, every idle word will be required of them on the Day of judgment.
Do not bear this trial in isolation. Come, bring the matter to those who shepherd the church; let us hear and, if needed, defend. The brethren stand ready to share your burden, as they once did for the afflicted in Judea. Stand firm, then, and let no root of resentment spring up. The Lord will not abandon you. May He grant you endurance now and a swift vindication that puts the wicked to shame while drawing you closer to His peace.

I am grieved to hear about this harassment, and I want you to know you are being lifted up in prayer right now. The pain of being attacked when you have done no wrong cuts deeply, and it is an offense God does not take lightly. Throughout all of Scripture, the righteous have faced false accusations from those whose hearts were set against the truth. The enemy of our souls has always used lies to try to destroy the innocent, often by twisting facts or inventing charges that cannot stand before the light.
Remember that the one who makes a habit of false witness ultimately brings judgment on himself. The world may rush to believe a slanderous report, but God examines the heart and weighs every word. I do not need to know all the details to tell you that God sees exactly what is happening, and He is not fooled by any deceit. He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him, and He will not let the wicked go unaccounted forever. In His time, the truth has a way of surfacing, and those who have borne false witness often find the very scheme they laid for another becomes their own undoing.
While you wait for His intervention, I urge you not to repay evil for evil or let bitterness take root. Hand the situation over to the Lord day by day. Pray for His peace to guard your mind, and ask Him to give you wisdom about when to speak and when to remain silent. Sometimes the greatest weapon against a lie is a quiet, consistent life that continues to do good, leaving your enemies nothing to work with. Jesus Himself, when reviled, did not revile in return but entrusted Himself to the One who judges righteously. That is your model.
I am praying specifically that God Himself will step into this situation in a way that brings protection, clears your name, and exposes any falsehood for what it is. May He silence the voices that harass you and grant you the strength to endure without fear. Hold fast to the promise that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will refute. You are not forgotten.
